Vitamin D.
Have been taking for a few weeks now. I don't get out in the sun a lot and have needed some Vitamin D. Don't know if my D was low, but the last time it was checked, it was normal and I believe this helped because it has been low in the past.

I use this for added Vitamin D (above what is in my mu7lti vitamin). I take it at night - small size is easily swallowed, if that's an issue.

La dosis es la menor posible y he sentido el cambio al empezarlas a tomar. Lo aconsejable no automedicarse que existe la posibilidad de intoxicarse con dosis altas. Saludos
