I didn’t encounter any signs of inactive or “dead” yeast cells, which was a pleasant reassurance. The strain produces a clean, reliable profile that’s perfect for a wide range of ales. These carbonated my homebrew beer just fine. All of my brews may have had very slight off flavors, but it's impossible to know if it's from the yeast or any of the other ingredients. Overall I am satisfied with this yeast and would buy it again.
