I ordered this machine as a backup for a Lenovo T580 used in critical translation work. It arrived in very good cosmetic condition, and functioned well right out of the box. Working in my spare time it has taken about a month for me to get it set up, installing all the applications that I use regularly so that only data needs to be updated from a backup in case the T580 fails (again!).• PROs: • Ports: The T470 - T570 systems were the last ones to use the slim tip power adapter *and* to provide four USB ports in addition to the power input: three USB3-A, and one Thunderbolt port. This was a feature I really need when doing frequent backups to two pairs of drives, something I cannot accomplish on the T580 without a hub unless I work unplugged. • Keyboard: The keyboard has been a highlight of the ThinkPad line for years, and this machine came with a backlit keyboard. • Power: When the machine arrived one battery had only 1 cycle which was terrific! The other battery had 89 cycles, but its condition is still ‘Good’ according to onboard firmware/software evaluation. It is somewhat degraded from its full manufactured capacity, though this is to be expected from a used or refurbished machine. When taken together the two batteries furnish 80% of the original battery life, and that meets or surpasses the standard for most used, refurbished, or reconditioned machines sold on Amazon. • Seller: If you're looking for a used machine, give (Your) E-Power a try. I ordered a machine from them in 2020. After arriving it developed a display problem. When I contacted them about returning it under warranty they didn't try to get me to try useless measures or make excuses. They simply apologized for the problem and promptly sent a return shipping label, then quickly refunded the money to my card as soon as they received the machine back. Their staff is friendly and answered many questions I had before making another purchase.• CONs: none so far.

Great laptop, and the added RAM and storage helps a lot, the screen resolution is average, but I use it mostly connected to two larger monitors so it does not bother me a lot, but when using only the laptop you notice the differences in resolution specially with stocks price charts and similar graphics.

Mind blowing experience. It has touch screen as well. I can’t believe that I made an amazing choice by choosing this laptop. Solid and very handy. Upgradable and what not. 100% worth it

I started to use a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop with my previous job, and I love it. It is an excellent laptop for business, exceptional build quality, and it is a more cost-effective option.

I thought this laptop is touchscreen but I was disappointed because it's not. So I returned it. But for those who doesn't need a touchscreen, I think you can still buy this.

After a couple of months of usage, the "a" button stopped working. And after trying to get in contact with Lenovo support, they didn't provide any assistance/help to fix it.
