My son just got his first back to school cold. He’s been congested beyond belief, and neither his humidifier or saline nebulizer has worked. I accidentally ordered these instead of the plug in Vapo pads, but tried one just for fun. It helped SO MUCH!I’ve used both the baby and kids Vicks rubs on him, but they never seemed to work. The plug in sure is nice and lasts all night, but it’s almost too strong and gives me a headache. These little patches lasted all night without stinking up the room, and actually cleared his nose up! Less chunky breathing, too. I put it below the collar of his shirt, away from where his chin rests when he’s sleeping.All I know is that he’s sleeping really well for being this sick!! I highly recommend these!UPDATE: we’ve made it through 2+ colds a month with these. I keep buying 2 boxes at a time because we go through an entire box per cold, easily. I haven’t had any issues with them coming off unless he plays with them. The only thing to watch out for with younger kiddos is placement; if they have a stuffed animal or even blankie they cuddle with, make sure the patch doesn’t end up resting on it. He likes to chew his stuffies, but said they taste like Vicks 🫣 Sometimes I put it on the side of his arm near his shoulder, or even on the bed beside his pillow. Overall, we can’t live without them!

I can’t do a lot of medications, so when I’m sick these are a great addition to my arsenal of things I do. Just put it on top of your t shirt, or whatever you’re wearing and it helps you breathe and sometimes helps with a cough as well. We’ve been using them for years.

Love the patches, so much easier than the old school Vicks and works just as well. Perfect for a college medicine box!

these work great even for adults

Helped me open up sinuses by placing over my pajama shirt near but not close to the lapel. Menthol is present but does not contain same smell as Vicks . Not totally different but not same .

My daughter has very sensitive skin and putting anything on it, tends to make her break out. As everyone knows, nighttime seems to be the hardest for any sick kid, so I put these inside her pillowcase directly on the pillow, and she is able to breathe easier all night long. They can also be used by placing them directly on a shirt but having it on her pillow gets it closer to her face, making nighttime easier.

I wish I read the directions before I even purchased this. DO NOT PUT ON SKIN is in the directions. It’s meant to be applied to clothing, but not nice clothing as it could get damaged.I can smell it a little bit. I saved it for a time I felt I needed some Vicks vaporub but this is nothing like the vapor rub. Guess I’ll be sticking to the rub anyway.

Product works great but Amazon only sent one of the two boxes
