Dr. Brighten Balance - Hormone Balance for Women with Chasteberry and DIM - Targets Hormonal Acne, Period Issues, & PMS - Vegan, Non-GMO

Over the course of my 41 years, supplements are the only thing that ever really helped calm or balance my body and emotions at various times in my cycle and life. DIM, for example, did more for my hormonal breakouts than HBC, spiro, or anything topical EVER did. Vitex/chasteberry helps so much with mild PMS to my most severe PMDD episodes. Dr. Brighten's Balance has the most comprehensive list of ingredients I look for. And thankfully, I have found that this formulation is also very effective and I felt the benefits immediately after taking it. I always choose my supplements very carefully (i.e. I don't go bargain hunting). I've learned over the years that some brands work for me and others don't. I'm so glad something that has everything I need worked SO well. I'm a huge fan of Dr. Brighten's work and the mission she's on to improve women's lives and I highly recommend checking her out. You will learn SO much and feel so much less alone.

I have been suffering from inconsistent periods for months and this helped me in the past. I wound up buying again and have been taking this for the past month and finally got my period within 30 days. So thankful for this product it actually works!

Amazing! My doctor wanted to put me on birth control pills to balance my premenopausal symptoms. I don’t need them now!

I feel like I have signs of estrogen dominance, and this product seems to support my body to get rid of excess. Biggest noticeable symptom reduction is this product completely eliminated breast tenderness for me. I feel the capsules are average size and easy to swallow. I only take 2-3 a day to stretch them a bit further, but serving size is 4.

After reading doctor brightens book I decided to get off of the pill. I did not buy these supplements for a year and my skin on my face became wild! Very bumpy and just entirely confused and cystic type of acne arising in some spots towards the end (before I bought this). Then I decided to try BC again.. for two weeks. I came off due to horrible moods instantly and I am now entirely BC free again. Even though it was only for two weeks this time I was nervous of losing hair getting off or my acne worsening. Well!! My skin is the clearest it has been in a year and none of my hair is shedding! I cannot believe the difference in my skin in just three weeks. I tried the dermatologist twice... nothing worked that I was given. But in just three weeks of taking this my skin is completely clear. SO LOVELY
