I'd get in the car and hear a loud click click click noise. After some research, found out that the plastic gears in the only part stripped. Direct drop in replacement. Now, everything works great.

Part is perfect drop in and worked like a charm.

Works perfect, cramped area to install in but fairly easy.

This was a pain to get to for installation. The part swap itself was not too bad once you get to it. The clicking noise was resolved. However, the defrost light now blinks for a bit when I start the vehicle. Which means there is a fault the controller is seeing. So now, I have to replace it again. Likely with the Mopar version. My suggestion would be to spend the money the first time and not have to dig into that mess more than once.

I used this for my 2013 Chrysler 200. Product came sealed/ brand new. Installed a few days ago and been working great! Recommend this sellers products.

It was difficult to install, requires a lot of patience. Bad engineering on Chrysler's part. It's made of plastic, so it may not last a long time. It is working as it should. Because it is made of plastic and not in Canada or the US, I would value it at half of what I paid. At the end of the day, it's still cheaper to do it yourself.

Poor quality item. Installed and not even a month after had to replace this one with a Mopar one, as the teeth just ground right off the gear.
