Awesome rocker recliner
So I researched the web high and low for a rocker recliner. I ordered the ANJ. The price was right and reviews were pretty good. During my research even some of the high priced recliners had bad reviews on quality. So why pay a lot more for questionable quality. The ANJ arrived in a few days. Quality looks good. Fast shipping. It comes in one box & was super easy to put together. I’m 6’ 185 lb man & it was very comfortable, firm but soft. It swivels, rocks and reclines perfect. I’m super happy with my choice. Highly recommended.

Love love love this chair!
This arrived a week earlier than expected which is awesome! It was super easy to remove parts from the box, and super easy to assemble with no tools required. The fabric is so soft, it's a nice neutral color. The pull lever makes it so easy to pop up the foot rest, and it doesn't take much effort to recline or to place back in first position so I can stand up. It's not clunky and it doesn't clash with my slightly modern decor. I'm 5'10" with long torso and long legs and I'm very comfortable in this chair. My feet hang off but it doesn't put any stress on my knees, and my left knee has had two surgeries within the past 2 years. The armrests are in a good position for support, I have a torn rotator Cuff as well as neck issues. This chair was very well priced and with the quick turnaround on delivery and the ease with assembly and the comfort, I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend this chair!

Good value for the money, extremely easy to assemble, shipped faster than expected
First and foremost, the chair is super easy to assemble. A blind man could do it. I'm 5'6", 230 lbs and it's almost ... not quite ... almost too snug. By no means is it one of those chairs that's really a "spread", but it's a very nice, comfortable chair for sitting, reading/watching TV, and possibly napping. Unless you are small in stature, it's unlikely that you can turn over to your side in this chair. My feet hang over the edge - which is good for me - about 1/3 up my calf. The material is soft, but a little different than I expected. It's some kind of material between chenille and distressed leather. It almost feels like soft suede. I purchased 2 of the Beige color and am glad that it's on the lighter side of Beige. The material appears to have a weathered or distressed look to it. The pull switch (right side) kicks up the footrest to one position (from sitting position). You need to use your lower posterior to the chair to adjust the back in a complete reclining position. There are no pockets (dang it). I've only had them for a few days, but overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this chair. * Update * I'm not sure what happened, but one of the chairs is crooked/lopsided. It's the physical construction of the chair, too. Even the stitching on the armrest (on one side) is kinda' whacked. I would have been a bit disappointed had I received this chair and it was as it is. However, being that I purchased two of them (and one is perfectly fine), I find one of the chairs to be unacceptable. I'm currently working with the seller to resolve this issue. * Update * The seller - who was open to negotiating any resolution - immediately and always provided a return label if/when I decided to return the chair (along with a reminder of how many days left for return). Ultimately, we decided to return one of the chairs and I was impressed (stunned) that the refund was issued so quickly and easily. I let the seller know when the chair was picked up and I don't think it was gone a day before the $ was refunded. You really can't beat this seller.

Best purchase of the year
I love this chair. I have a 2 month old at home and we bought this before he was born and it's my favorite purchase. I looked and looked through rocker recliners on Amazon and stumbled across this one. I have zero regrets. It checks all the boxes. We have the salt and pepper looking gray one and it's extremely soft and cozy. It rocks silently, the foot rest is fairly easy to close without any issues, and it is comfortable to sleep in when the baby decides he has to be glued to me. My only word of caution would be that if you are taller than 5'10 and have a wider frame, this might not be the chair for you. My husband and I are average height and build and it's perfect for both of us.

Hard to buy a chair online, but this is a win
Back and arms are plush. Seat is more sturdy. This chair is beautiful and perfect for a smaller space. It takes up a smaller foot print than what I had but has more space and is more comfy. Beautiful color. Don’t know yet if easy to clean or if it holds up. But so far, I can sit in this thing all day. It’s light beige, with neutral marks in the fabric that look brownish, could even pass for gray. Very happy about this purchase. The delivery people rolled it and threw it around because it comes in a big box but it wasn’t damaged a bit! Opening the leg rest is a little rough meaning it happens fast and makes a noise. But it’s not uncomfortable.

a finger joint breaker--hand arthritis sufferers avoid
This product contains a fatal design flaw. The latch to make the chair recline can be accessed only by a part of two fingers that bear all the pressure of the pulling movement necessary. All the weight and pressure of the latch is transferred not to the hand but upon the carpometacarpal joint of the pointer finger. Over time sensitive joints of the finger will be painful not just when using it but all the time because this chair will damage finger joints. This is a silent but permanent hazard to those who use the hatch, particularly the elderly. The chair is comfortable but unsteady. Tip too far to the right or left and the chair tips over. I'm surprised that this product is allowed to be sold in the United States.

Terrible Customer Service.
The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is due to the fact that I received the package in terrible shape. The box was ripped open and the chair was damaged, I am guessing from the careless delivery person. I reached out to the provider but the return was so difficult. I needed a box to return the item, but I the box I had was damaged, so even though I paid for warranty and even though the product arrived damaged, I was expected to pay for the box (large box). The product itself seems great (if it wasn't damaged), the setup is so simple, and the quality of the chair is fantastic. It’s the customer service that ruined this for me. Now Im stuck with a damaged chair. Not happy obviously.

Can assemlbe alone. Good material. Not so comfortable. Not fully functional. Over-priced.
I ordered 2 chairs. The arms and back came in one box and the seat came in another box. The 2 boxes arrived one day apart. I am a 68 year old female with injured knees. I was able to carry all the pieces up a flight of stairs and assemble it alone. The seat was heavier and I struggled a bit, but I made it. I live in the mountains with not many delivery options and had to pick this option to get furniture in my house. I don't have any help. The chair does not lock in the sleep and rest position so that option in not available. The sitting position and entertainment position are functional. I don't think you would be able to kick the foot rest down in the reading position. I was able to kick it down in the sitting position by leaning forward. It was hard though. My feet hang over the edge of the foot rest in the reclining position. I am 5'3 I enjoy the rocker when sitting. The chair is hard and hurts my lower back. I might try to get a back support pillow to see if that helps. It might be comfortable for a younger person without so many aches and pains. There is a cable and handle that fits between the seat and the arms. You pull that to recline the chair. I am not unhappy with my purchase due to my limited options, but I wouldn't buy it if I had other options. I don't think they are worth over $250.00 and I don't think they will hold up well. I could be wrong.
