Easy to dissolve and mix in yogurt. No flavour so it's easy for children to have. It does seem to make them a bit sniffly in the first two weeks when building up gut flora.

I bought these because I was having stomach problems. My stomach felt bloated all the time and my poop wasn’t great. I’ve only taken two and so far. My stomach settled down completely. The bloating has gone and I feel much better.
