This set was exactly what I was looking for and were the perfect price!I bought these for my 1.5 year old who is exploring playdoh. I didn't need a set with playdoh, since I already had enough. These tools are easy for them to use, but I do most of the actual cutting and rolling for now. These toys are made of plastic, but are sturdy enough to be thrown from the table time and time again.The shapes could have one improvement: They are essentially cookie cutters, so the entire shape is cut out, even the details of the squirrel or flower. It would be awesome of the internal details only acted as a "scoring" line, so that the image was imprinted and only the outer shape was cut all the way through.Overall, these are perfect for our needs, which is simply playing and exploring with playdoh!

I bought 2 sets for my daycare program. Good value for the price, though the cookie cutters have small pieces that get play d'oh stuck in them.

Kit came on time and my granddaughter really loves playing with all the items. She especially enjoys the scissors and serrated cutter.

Can't believe this thing gets the amount of good reviews it gets. Has anyone who rated this highly actually played with it? There's a major design flaw with these cookie-cutters - all those cuts in those shapes that go all the way across the cutter, they are all the SAME depth as the sides of the cutter. What this means, is that when you use it, it cuts ALL the segments out completely, so when you pull it up, all the little chunks pull out, and you've got a handful of loose pieces of play-doh, instead of the nice outline shape of the cutter. Terrible design. The shapes themselves are nice, but the engineering design on these is awful. Did they ever actually test these out?I was able to salvage them with my dremel tool, by relieving the depth of the cutters in all the cross-cut lines, and then the shape holds together when you cut the play-doh. It was a pain, though, and for the price, I definitely expected them to be better than this.

These are awful. The models and molds do not stay together in the shape they are supposed to be. For example when making the tractor, the wheel is separate from the rest of the vehicle. It's not all attached. When doing the penguin, the head is not attached to the body. It's 2 separate shapes not connected. This makes for a very upset toddler when playing play doh. I do not recommend buying these. The worst play doh toys I have ever bought. Makes no sense at all.

This is a great set of accessories for Playdoh. My toddler really likes the rolling pins and the shape cutters. They appear to be made very structurally sound and I do not think she is going to be capable of breaking in. I would totally recommend this as a product for toddlers.

Great Quality- much better than I expected for the price. They have held up really well and are well made. It's a good, versatile set.
