Power Iron + Spirulina

Ladies, I had NO constipation from the Power Iron Plus supplements!! I've been severely anemic for several years due to my menstrual cycle. I have tried several iron supplements here and there, but they all caused unwanted (sometimes incredibly painful) constipation. This is the first iron supplement I've tried that seems to actually help me to have regular bm's...Too much info? Maybe, but I'm thrilled to finally be on my way to healthy iron levels and no more iron-deficiency fatigue... Can't wait to get my lab work done at the end of May to see how my levels have improved!

I really like these capsules. I needed to find a high quality vegan iron supplement and these are perfect. The vitamin C added really helps with absorption. I appreciate that it has B12 too, but I kind of wish they sold one without B12 because with the supplement I am getting too much B12 in my diet. This is perfect if you don’t eat nutritional yeast or something though. I’ve tried a LOT of different iron supplements and this is one of the only ones I’ve tried that is 1. Effective at raising my iron panels (anemia), 2. Doesn’t taste horrible 3. Is pretty easy to swallow. It’s smaller than a regular capsule so it’s still larger than a tablet but smaller than any of my other supplements in capsules. 4. VEGAN friendly 🤟🏼

I am 2- weeks on the iron and haven't had any issues. It seems to perk me up throughout the day.

I can't say enough about this iron supplement I've suffered from iron deficiency anemia for awhile now and the iron and calcium from the doctor is so harsh on my system that I was willing to suffer with the symptoms of being anemic until it became so bad that I was experiencing symptoms of pica I started doing some research and came across these and I'm so glad I did they are gentle, no constipation or upset stomach and after taking them for 3 weeks my pica symptoms have completely disappeared I couldn't be happier I will be adding these to my daily supplements

Horrible destroyed my stomach. Be aware, don’t take it unless you have a prescription from your doctor. May cause worse side effects than mine. Took only two capsules, and it caused 7-days awful stomach pain and cramps.

I've been anemic for 10+ years which means I haven't found anything that really works for my system until... this amazing product happened to my life and it has done wonders to my system. Only after 3 months of taking it, I'm no longer anemic and my reproductive system is functioning like it never did before. Unlike other iron supplements, it is so gentle to your digestive system and doesn't cause constipation nor irritation. Actually, it does the opposite. On top of that, it is VEGAN, Non-GMO, gluten free, soy free and sugar free. Highly highly recommend!

Excellent quality supplement, the iron does not cause stomach upset and given the supplement is in a capsule form, you can be sure it dissolves and gets absorbed quickly, unlike some hard tablets that take forever to dissolve. Also, like the fact that it includes some B12, folic acid and Vitamen C, a nice combination. I bought a 2nd bottle for my father who is 91 and has been fighting cancer and a plethora other health issues--it has definitely increased his blood counts quickly (he is tested weekly) and he, too has had no intestinal upset. His doctor had requested he start an iron supplement and that's what started me looking in the first place. Nice when good products are made available.
