Nice drone and great customer service.
I recently purchased the Ruko F11 Pro 2 drone, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The build quality is solid, the camera delivers crisp and clear footage, and the drone is very easy to fly—even for someone who isn’t a professional pilot. The GPS features and return-to-home function give me peace of mind, and the flight time is excellent compared to other drones in this price range. What really impressed me, though, was Ruko’s customer service. They were quick to respond to my questions, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but Ruko definitely does.some punk shot my drone with a pellet gun while i was hovering around the neighborhood, it fell to ground and broke. I contacted ruko customer service directly using the link on their app and told them about it. i was able to send them pics of the damaged drone and 5 days later, i received a new drone, free of charge. Thank you very much!Overall, the F11 Pro 2 is a fantastic drone with outstanding performance, and the excellent customer support makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great drone and great support, at a competitive price.
This is a very cool drone. It has some advanced features at a very good price point. Video quality is excellent. The controls are pretty easy to use, after a little careful practice. The instructions are easy enough to follow. There is a lot of functionality but after taking my time with the initial set-up I was up and running. The battery power / range is very good. You are only allowed to fly "line of sight" but the range is very good. The Ruko support team was helpful addressing my question with quick turnaround.

Excellent for newbies and skilled flyers!!!
This drone is incredible! Very easy to use, especially for newbies! Instructions are spot on. Camera is clear with really good quality. The speed is adjustable to fit your comfort level. The drone was stable in wind. Had no issues first time out!

First flight
The media could not be loaded. Drone connects easily, works well and has great range, 395 up and 1000 ft in all directions. Easy to fly. However Phone charging cables like USB‑C and Lightning should have longer connector shanks to accommodate the extra thickness added by protective cases. Most phone cases range from about 1.5 mm for slim designs to 8 mm or more for rugged, waterproof models, and shorter plugs often fail to connect securely through them. Has a long battery life and can just hover, giving you great video from any height.

Great job to the manufacturer of this drone.
Yeah, it’s a great drone. The reviews aren’t fake. It stays put as soon as you let off the joysticks with gps signal acquisition in about 1 minute from the time you turn it on. Upon landing at about 4 feet it slows its descent then a few inches from landing it hovers slowly to smooth landing. There are 2 speeds. 1st is nice and easy, 2nd is super fast. The readout on the remote shows speed and a lot of other information I haven’t dug into yet. The camera is clear and smooth with the ability to yaw up and down. The axis keeps it level well. It climbs to 400ft out of beginner mode. You can barely see it and can’t hear it. I live in the country where it’s quiet. It has 2 metal joysticks that screw in so you have great control. Batteries are long lasting so you have plenty of time to play. I’m extremely happy with it. Hope this helps. Only downside: I haven’t been able to find exact replacement propeller blades even though the manual states you can find them on Amazon.

Three year review with four year update
Rather than repeat the many very thorough five star reviews, I will just say I agree with them.I had wanted a recreational-use drone for years prior to 2020, but I waited as the quality and technology rapidly improved and prices went down. When the F11 Pro became available for under $300 in 2020 I took the plunge. As the reviews of the F11 said back then, it was (and still is) a great drone with some amazing features for the price. I had never owned or even flown someone else's drone at that point and in reading stories of lost and/or crashed drones over the years I was a little apprehensive at first. I had read so many stories of people spending hundreds of dollars for a drone, taking it out for a flight, it flies away and they never see it again. However, by 2020 drone technology had progressed by leaps and bounds. and the tech contained in the F11 including the Return To Home (RTH) feature makes it almost foolproof. After a quick reading of the instructions and watching a couple of demo videos I took mine out and started flying it right away with zero issues. The closest thing to a problem I've ever had was on one occasion it stopped responding to my commands and began hovering over a fenced-in field just at the far edge of my line of sight. Assuming there was something interfering with my signal, I moved as close as I could to the drone, which was the fence at the edge of the field about 100 yards from where it was hovering, and at that point It responded to my RTH command and did just what it was supposed to do - it flew back to where I had launched it and safely landed itself. I was reassured by that experience. Even though it temporarily lost my signal, it didn't fly away or crash, it executed the RTH function appropriately. In fact, I liked mine so much I bought another one for my son in 2020, and we have sometimes flown them together (the app auto separates the signals).Four year (Aug '24) update: I recently returned from a multi week cross country road trip to visit family. I took the F11 and flew it several times on the trip. The drone itself still performs as new, however the four year old original batteries were starting to get tight going in and out of the compartment (swelling) and not holding a charge nearly as long as they used to. In other words, typical issues with aging rechargeable batteries. I shopped around online and considered ordering one of the non Ruko replacements but ended up spending the few dollars more for the Ruko branded replacement and received it the next day. The new battery works well and the copter is back to full range. While shopping for the new battery here on Amazon I noticed some inexpensive accessories compatible with the F11, such as snap-on rotor blade guards and landing gear skids. It had always bothered me a little that the copter had to land directly on the ground, so I ordered the skids and rotor guards. For the little bit of money they cost it was worth taking a chance on them not fitting well, but both work well with the F11. They snap on and off easily and so far have no problem staying connected in flight, although of course they do have to be popped off prior to stowing the copter in its case.Another issue I encountered on this trip for the first time was the app not holding a connection to the copter at all, or losing only the camera feed. I did some online reading including reviews here on Amazon and discovered the auto connect feature in my phone's wifi menu was activated. I turned that off as is recommended in the comments, and poof, the connection problems went away.

Great drone to lean. Very high quality at a reasonable price.
Love this drone, easy to use and great to learn on. Had an issue where it flipped out of the sky and customer service was great and quick to help fix the damage.
