I love using this powder for my palabok, it is a good base for the sauce and you just have to tweak it and add some few ingredients to make it extra special. I would recommend this mix and the deal for the product is a steal! I will definitely purchase this again!

I like using this with ground pork and if im not lazy, make some rice noodles to go with it. i call it the orange sauce. it tastes great.

For those in a hurry, or don't want to do all the work in making the palabok sauce from scratch, this is a viable solution. Mamacita's mix has all the ingredients necessary to make a palatable sauce for the rice noodles. All you have to do is add all the toppings you want to the dish---such as hard-boiled eggs, crushed pork rinds, flaked dried fish, and sliced scallions.
