YuPik Roasted Salted Whole Cashews Pro's and Con's: PROs : — Large Whole Cashews (no broken pieces). These are as large as Trader Joe's Jumbo cashews W150's. — Fresh (distinct snap with each bite, tasted fresh + buttery = delicious). — Good Price CONs : — Waaaaay too salty! I rolled the cashews in a towel to remove some of the salt, which worked reasonably well (and then placed them in a salad spinner to shake off the excess).

They taste fresh and are not over roasted. They are whole cashews with only a few pieces.

I've noticed that sometimes I will get a bag that has several broken pieces (the quality seems to vary). They were really good the first two or three times I purchased them - then I got a batch that weren't so good- so I didn't purchase them again for several months. The last time was about 2 or 3 months ago, and they were satisfactory. The price is lower than other brands that I've looked at (so I'm not fussing too much about the broken pieces), but I'm only give a 4-star rating. I will most likely purchase these again. The freshness, taste and texture of the cashews was good.

These cashews were so good plump and just the right amount of salt really good flavor will order again.

My family went through 5 bags this fall. They were consistently excellent. About 20% of the bag is broken pieces, which is about as good as it gets for a bag of this size. I use a mortar and pestle to grind table salt to powder to add salt on them, but I imagine most people would think the salt level is fine to low as is. These are the best Cashews for the price and quality I've found.

Got these today and they are delicious!! Fresh and salted. I like salt and added a shake or two more salt on my bowl!
