Bought these for my father at Christmas. He told me a number of months ago the cavities filled with water when they came out of the dish washer and seen this for myself on recent visit to his house. He informed me this happened almost straight away after receiving them. Disappointing for what otherwise is a great concept

Love that this keeps my coffee hot for longer and is a good size.As others have said these are not robust, but I have been using mine, and hand washing with due care. The look and feel of the mug is worth the extra care needed.

I tried all four glasses included. None keep my drinks (hot coffee) warmer than everyday porcelain mugs to any noticeable degree. Also, whlist consuming the drinks, there is a taste of plastic. Neither worth using nor £31.90 .

My cup is faulty, it is letting water in the installation part. I need to return it. Bought last month but out of return window

3 out of 4 cups leaked water into the thermal layer!! Got my money back on 2 of them but couldn’t be bothered to claim again!! They are useless & full with dishwasher water after one wash!!
