I try to get all my suplements via Jarrow where I can after reading extensive reviews about quality and through recommendations by nutritionists and doctors who actually know anything about supplements. C-Q 10 has been part of my regimine since 1999, and my heart health has remained excellent.

I've been taking these for 25 years. After age 30, we all need this.

This is something my 81-year-old mother has been taking for years, and she absolutely insists that it is helping to keep her energy up, in spite of having a pacemaker, congestive heart-failure, a hip surgery, and most recently, a knee-replacement. She has even gotten her cardiologist to start taking it!!

Dosent work as good as other concentrations this company carries. With the other COQ10 product they carry I feel less winded but this doesn’t help as much but it is still very good.

To be honest, I think it’s to early for me to tell the difference already so I’ll try at least 3 months and review again.

This product seems to be a very good one with no side effects. I am still taking it after 6 months.
