Once you lost cartilage, it's gone forever, so better to preserve it as early as possible. I buy this at 3090/- and 240 capsules are value for money for this price. Before buying I have compared it with Jarrow and H&B glucosamine capsules and found that with similar composition it's much cheaper than them. They indicated to take 4 capsules daily, that's seems too much but other brands also advice to take 3-4 capsules daily. Start by taking 2 capsules daily and increase intake of required. If cracking sound is coming from your joints especially kness while sitting up or exercising then you need glucosamine. It's mandatory for moms to take this else they wont be able to walk after some years. If you want to prevent knee surgery in future then opt for glucosamine. My pack is imported from US in this same September month. Bottle is properly sealed. I used Jarrow and H&B supplements, they both are good but trying dr best supplement first time. Till now my research says that it's best in range. Will update my review after a month for its effect. For now I recommend this product. Note: For supplements always prefer US or UK made products, owning to high standards of drugs saftey.

This is a must use supplement for, in my opinion, anyone above 45. It has an all round positive effect as in general feeling of well being, muscle strength while one takes a brisk walk. Good to have after a major meal. Shows its goodness immediately.
