Love that it has storage so I can leave my phone behind. These stay in while I perform soccer workouts. All around great earphones

Out of the box, before you even get in the pool, this thing is a pain to use. Getting music on it is super easy but then it all goes downhill. 1. You are going to have to watch videos and practice using the navigation techniques. 2. I will help you turn it on - There is no button to do this nor a swipe motion. You must pull the right ear clip away from the piece that goes in your ear. Yep, that is how you turn it on. Then, the second you let it go, guess what? It snuggly re-attaches to its prior location and turns itself OFF. Play this game for a while it is no fun. 3. So, once you get it to stay on - maybe by attaching it to your ear- you will discover the next problem. You can't see the darn thing to know if it is in MP3 or Bluetooth mode. Let me assure you, it spends a lot of time in BT when you actually want it in MP3 mode. 4. The cord that goes around your neck is quite short so you will either have the headphones in your ears or out of your ears. You will NOT be able to do both. God knows I tried because hearing the beeps and seeing the lights would be super helpful. 5. So, you now have it in MP3 mode, the indicator is green. Yippee! You swipe your finger up/down on the 3 lines to change the volume and maybe the song. Well, that seems to be hit/miss but mostly, you are going to put it BACK in BT mode. It will beep but since you cannot actually see what you are doing, well, just assume it is in BT and you will be right 99% of the time. So, take it off and put it back in MP3 mode without letting go of the two pieces or you're going to turn it off again. 6. Now, let's say you are hearing music and you want to lock it so you can keep hearing music and not the incessant beep that lets you know it is back in BT mode. Well, there is a tap/tap and hold for 5 seconds action that you will execute and if performed correctly, will lock the device. Yippee. Well, not really because I am only able to get it back in BT mode no matter what I do. Well, I can also turn it off by forgetting to hold the two parts away from each other too. 7. Well, let's say you have mastered the tap/tap and hold sequence and you have locked the device. Well, there are some things that you need to know here too. 8. You have locked it to the true definition of the word. You cannot perform ANY actions while it is locked. Don't like the song? Oh well. Nee more or less volume? Too bad. But feel free to stop, take it off, tap, and do things, and now, you are back in BT I bet. Me, I still have not figured out how to lock it. Sadly, I can only get it in BT mode. Every tap leads me to BT, every frustration leads me to turn it off unintentionally. 9. If you have not put these headphones in your ears correctly or secured them with a swim cap, goggles, etc., you will swim exactly 2 strokes and they will slide right off and hit the bottom of the pool. Not really terrible though because you likely didn't lock them as you thought you had and no music was playing. Just pick them up on the way back or spend the rest of that lap hoping that you never see them again. 10. Oh and guess what, after not being able to use them at all. The sound has gone from good to almost non-existent. Bonus - Guess what, the instructions are stupid! If there is a time that instructions could have benefited from words and pictures, it is with this device. Well, if you are a native English speaker, Harman Group decided we all do our best work using pictures. If you are a speaker of about 6 other languages, you are blessed with pictures and words (apparently those cultures are more diverse than us). If you need a summary, these headphones are garbage and the designer(s) need to find very different professions. I have been swimming for more than 8 years. I stopped for the last few but prior, I at least was able to find waterproof headphones that worked if only for a few months (yes, eventually they all short out). But I simply NEVER had a pair of headphones as terrible as these straight out of the box. Trust me. they are garbage and save your money.

Overall great pair of earphones. Gave low marks for ease of use cause too difficult adjusting volume and moving from MP3 to bluetooth or back. Almost impossible to adjust the volume only downside

Loved the idea of these but for the $ I expected much better quality.... wouldn't recommend. they are a little bulky and don't stay on for jogging/swimming/kiteboarding. Granted, I have "cauliflower ear" on my right from wrestling in my youth but had it drained and my ear isn't very misshapen but the earbud will NOT stay in my right ear for more than 5 seconds with minimal movement, even with trying all sizes. Tried these kiteboarding with a hat & hood to hope it kept them snug in my ear and it didn't help. More of a burden to try to keep from falling out.

This was a like-for-like replacement, so I knew product was good - sound, use, pairing, etc. Best feature is water resistance (I use it on my motorcycle). This purchase was different. Battery initially didn't hold a charge. Then, about a week in, the headphones began a loud, pulsing screech that I was unable to turn off. It did stop when connected to charger, but the bluetooth connection began to sporadically drop off. Return was easy.

I've had to go to the pool to work out due to injuries and I love putting on my worship music and get busy getting healthy!

These headphones are complete crap. They do not allow you to download music from a Mac, they do not allow you to play music from your apple phone and then go underwater. They are absolutely the worst headphones I have ever owned and they can't be returned. So disappointed! JBL is usually such a good manufacture, I have several of their wireless speakers in various sizes and they are great, but these are not worth your money! DO NOT BUY!!!!

These didn’t stay in my ear, were confusing to use, I was constantly turning them off when I pushed them back in my ear. Not good.

Noise cancellation is unreal and excellent! I was able to pair it instantly with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7. I bought these LBJ especially for the ear-hook and mp3 features which are what I need when I go for walks. Controls (volume up and down, next song, stop, pause) all works great! Can easily switch from bluetooth to mp3 mode. My husband who is more "techy" than me already wants to borrow them.

Not easy to use

I bought and returned immediately. I mainly bought for trying to extend my swimming over 30 minutes. When I read the instructions, I found that Bluetooth doesn’t work in water, only MP3 and for 30 minutes. Which is a hassle for me having to connect and download music. From the general description it gave impression that both Bluetooth and MP3 work in water

The headphone was fine outside of the water but did not work in the water

Todo está muy bien, pero a lo mejor hubiera tenido botones por qué cuesta un poco de trabajo bloquearlo para nadar, de ahí todo muy bien.
