Delicious blood orange olive oil! It’s a bit pricey but worth it. Combined with a high quality fruity balsamic vinegar, like pomegranate or peach, I can make the best salad dressing.

This oliver makes a great dressing when paired with white balsamic cranberry/pear vinegar.
