Q: Will the blade shake when cutting?

I have used mine more times than I can count and have not had that happen. Was very pleased with the durability of it at the price paid.

Q: Can you cut Plexi glass tubing with this?

No. These are made for softer lines and hoses.

Q: where can I get replacement cutting blade ?

I have no idea, however, I would think that buying a new cutter wouldn't cost too much more than replacement blades.

Q: Can I use this pipe cutter as pruning shears (for small branches)?

Probably, but I wouldn't recommend it.
