Pirelli Angel GT Rear 160/60ZR17 Motorcycle Tire

These tires are simply awesome. Amazing grip, and they almost want you to lean over. The ride is smooth and rain doesn't bother them at all. Twisty roads are a cinch. Expect many happy miles with these.

I chose this rear tire specifically to replace the worn original on my 1994 ST1100, and after multiple rides I’m very happy with how it’s performing. The tread pattern feels confident in both warm pavement and cooler morning rides, and the bike tracks smoothly through sweepers without feeling vague or nervous. The profile matches the ST1100’s handling well and doesn’t tug or pull unexpectedly when leaning over. Installation was straightforward, and the tire seated evenly on the rim with no balancing hassles. After a few hundred miles the contact patch settled in nicely and the wear has been even so far. Grip through light rain has been reassuring — not super aggressive like a dedicated sport tire, but plenty of confidence for everyday riding and touring. The tire feels durable, not soft or mushy, and I’ve noticed that ride comfort hasn’t suffered compared with the previous tire. There isn’t any annoying buzz or irregular feedback at highway speeds, which matters a lot on long runs. Overall, this tire is a great match for the ST1100’s weight and touring character. It gives me confidence cornering, holds up well over varied road conditions, and feels balanced from slow parking lot maneuvers up through spirited highway miles. A solid choice if you want a dependable rear replacement that handles real road use without surprises.

This is one of the best tires I have used and they have been on my last 3 bikes and have worked the same on all of them! the ride is typical of a sport tire but the cornering grip is great and the mileage is great, I get between 10,000 to 12,000 miles out of them. I have had 2 FZ-09 and a GSXS 1000 and will try them on a NC750X and hope they work as well as they have on the other bikes!

Dopo tre mesi ne sono completamente soddisfatto. Ottima tenuta sull'asciutto, ma anche grande sicurezza sull'umido o con la pioggia, anche adesso che si va verso gli zero gradi. Mi sono stati consigliati e il parere è stato ottimo. Per ora sono a mezzo cm dal bordo... vedremo in primavera quando ci sarà occasione di fare un giro fuoriporta
