This works very well. If zinc is needed this has very little (9mg) which was good for me.

Purchased this for a friend of the family before he went back to his country. He appreciated the product so much he ordered another month supply to go back with him. The gluten ingredient is what he liked and all the other minerals involved to make such a good product. He has cataracts but they will not operate so these multivitamins is the next best thing to support the vision he does have left. Great buy because the size of the pills is small enough to swallow without stopping at his throat he is 76 years old

I purchased these for my husband because he had gunk in the corners of his eyes every morning, after a few weeks of use he noticed a significant decrease in gunk and now I get them monthly for him and no more gunky eyes!! I highly recommend this product

Suitable for personal consumption with decent expiry date of 1 year But damaged box render it not suitable as a gift for a friend. Pricing wise not much difference from getting from pharmacy with intact boxes if bought as gift.
