The toilet seat is decent quality. The white is finished smoothly and the seat is a fair weight and sturdy. It was simple to install and fits our oval shaped toilet. The lid is soft close and it works well, nice and quiet. So far it hasn't slipped around at all and it feels good to sit on, warm like wood might be. For the price I think it is good value, for the quality provided.

Very happy with this purchase. I bought two. A white one and a black one. Both arrived well packaged and earlier than stated. Fit was very easy. Instructions given and are clear to follow. Fitting took about 5 mins for each seat. The items were actually better than I expected. A good quality thick wood with no marks or scratches - look to be well made. Functionally, they do silent-slow close and still now after maybe a year of use, they still work just as well. They’re comfy to sit on too. The silver attachments on the black one look good and haven’t rusted or stained at all. Easy to clean even though they’re slatted and no change to colour on the seats. I recommend.

Surprising solid build from hinges to seat . Apparently wood but coated with white polyurethane . Very hygienic item . Quality and worth the price . Easy to fit instructions on outer box.

Seat good quality. Fixings are useless. Not strong enough to hold seat in position had to make a spacer out of 20 mm plastic conduit then a metal nut job is a good one

This a great toilet seat but sadly didnt fit ( my fault ) For the price its great quality and the soft close works great. If your looking for a reasonably priced toilet seat this definitely fits the bill

THIS TOILET SEAT HAS MADE ME PISSED-OFF Introduction – Very discriminating shoppers, when we have a need, we find a solution. Typically, Amazon can be trusted to sell a product that can be trusted to perform as specified. This was not the case regarding THIS product, which we had (just) purchased through them. Statement of the subject issue – Your product (a simple toilet seat) referenced above, was carefully selected to meet each of our needs and preferences. And when I opened the package, I was very impressed with your toilet seat carefully nestled inside. Having an installation problem. – My initial pleased reaction “came to a screeching halt” when, carefully, faithfully following your (very minimal) instructive diagram. Proceeding to the second step and carefully using the fasteners, etc., you had provided, suddenly I found they didn’t work. What went wrong – It was instantly obvious when the two per side, screw-type fasteners for attaching the toilet lid failed to remain fastened. The seat then had NO connection to its rim and was thus no use whatsoever! Being unable to install that portion of your toilet seat, I came to realize that because I was not able to complete my task as planned, I was left without a seat for my toilet. And now left with a different problem to solve. Now what? I have two problems to address. As your customer, I’m concerned with just one of the 2. Now that the produced product fails when properly installed, and yet have put them in the hands of customers such as ME. My own damages are minimal (but not my feelings) I have a toilet seat that is unusable, ruined. To make it functional I set out to make repairs. The temporary ‘make-shift” repair consisted of finding and installing replacement fasteners of a proper larger diameter. But now, the fasteners I chose were 1 thread too long. “Mine” were able to fasten as needed but penetrated and marked the seat. So now, I’ve made your toilet seat to nearly function as it was made to do by YOU and then sold to and repaired by me, your dissatisfied customer.
