I believe in always be fair and honest. Initially I provided a poor review as the order was incomplete (2 of 4 pieces arrived) and damage to one that arrived prior to Christmas. Well, after the review was posted (there was not anyone I could locate to follow up with or I would not have posted the review), a full set arrived within 2 days, it was perfect! I used for a 6 day vacation and it held up fine. No issues. I definitly think it is worth the money. It's hard to rate durability until you have had the itme for awhile but I gave a good rating as it did well on initial trip. So please void my earlier rating. THIS LUGGAGE IS VERY ATTRACTIVE AND THE COLOR IS GREAT. IT ROLLS EASILY EACH WAY AND THE INSIDE IS WELL ORGANIZED. I HAVEN'T TRAVELLED WITH IT YET, BUT LOOK FORWARD TO IT.

Love it I had to get them on a last minute trip but it saved me and it’s great because you can fit so many things and they high expand and I love the outside texture makes them easy to find

So far so far. Enough room for 3-5 days trip including winter clothes. Rolls smoothly. Very nice color true to picture. I did not give it five stars because the handbag is not very resistant and not good quality. It's good only to carry a wallet and your boarding pass. I put my cosmetic bag and some munchies there. I guess it was too much weight, one strap ripped. Too bad b/c it matches the luggage and it's cute.

I was so excited to get my set because I loved the color and I was excited to use it to travel internationally. It didn’t even survive a 3 hour flight. I received it the same day I ordered it. I packed both suitcases and made sure it was under 50 lbs before heading to the airport. I kid you not as soon as I walked into the airport before checking in a screw came loose and the handle broke on the 20 inch. I bought protective plastic to put on top of the suitcase to avoid getting scratches. I picked up my carry on suitcase (20 inch) and placed it on a table to fasten it and as soon as I placed it back on the ground it cracked at the wheel. The protective plastic was also on the larger suitcase. The wheels on both suitcases were terrible. It kept getting stuck and didn’t move around at all. I had to pull the large suitcase (even without the protective cover) as if it only had 2 wheels on the back. When I got back to my hotel, I was so embarrassed when the concierge lifted the broken handle and almost cut himself when he tried to hold the broken handle. Coming back was a complete nightmare I could not carry my suitcase. I had to get red cap to help me carry my suitcase, and I had to pay six dollars for a cart to carry both of my suitcases. The wheels kept getting stuck. When I returned from my two week trip, I contacted Amazon because I was out side of the return window and they were able to give me a full refund back, but I am still disappointed in the quality of the suitcase because I am in love with the color and the space. The set was so cute!

I absolutely love this luggage set! The rose gold color is elegant and modern, and it looks even better in person. The hard shell feels very sturdy and protected all my belongings during travel. The wheels roll smoothly, making it easy to move through airports, and the handles are comfortable and strong. The different sizes are perfect for short trips and longer vacations, and the matching bags are a great bonus for organization. Everything feels well-made and high quality for the price. I received many compliments while traveling! Highly recommend this set for anyone looking for stylish, durable, and functional luggage.

I got this 4-piece set in 2023 and am now in the market to replace it with better, high-quality luggage. This is a decent starter set that’s affordable (less than $130 at the time) for a beginning traveler. USE & QUALITY: I’ve traveled internationally once and within the states and the larger suitcase got banged up during transport. The handle is flimsy. It’s not scratch-resistant. When I’m rolling the carry-on upright in its vertical position on all four wheels, it’s not steady and the wheels are misaligned to the direction I’m moving. That is annoying. It’s easier to either pull it while rolling on just the back wheels or lift it to carry. That defeats the purpose of the four wheels though. PROS: The set is packaged nicely. A large expandable suitcase, a carry-on, a shoulder bag for smaller items, and a small bag for toiletries are part of the luggage set. SIZE: Great size and luggage pieces for a single traveler. The size is TSA approved as well. It’s a decent starter set that gets the job done. Then it’s time to spend more for better quality and durability as you travel more.
