Huge fan of all the monin syrups. this one is perfect for the holiday season. I pair this with the monin dark chocolate sauce and they go so well together. tastes like christmas! i do wish this one was in a glass bottle, rather than a plastic one, but overall its great!

We had this syrup with our Coke's at The Cheesecake Factory. It was so good that we asked them to show us the bottle. We ordered it immediately once we got home. It's one of our favorite mix ins!

This is for the Monin Ginger Beer Syrup. I bought this for use with a Sodastream, mostly for making Dark & Stormy immitations (actual D&S drinks require Goslings). It's better than any of the Sodastream ginger-whatever flavors and it's like ginger beer, but it's still too sweet and not spicy. Don't get me wrong, it's got more kick than anything else so far, but it's still no where close to the "burn your sinuses" feel you should get with actual ginger beer. This is a bold ginger ale (probably not as spicy as Vernors) but it's too sweet and lite to be considered a ginger beer, IMO. It needs to be way spicier for me to quit searching and for it to get a fifth star. But, it's cool and refreshing on a hot day and it's pretty good, so it earns the 4 I give it.

Quality product. A good value. I decided to try this better value product. I was very pleased with the quality and the taste. However, when I received the product the cap was cracked to the product had leaked. I am confident this happened during shipping and was not the result of the seller. I contacted the seller, I sent pictures of the product. The seller offered to either refund my purchase or send me a replacement. I had them send me a replacement. It arrived quickly. I respect the timely response and actions of the seller to make my experience positive. Very pleased with the product and the seller.

Ube syrup is nothing close to Ube flavor. It’s also blue colored and not purple. Go back to the drawing board with this one.

I am writing this review strictly in a soda/ seltzer/tea making capacity. This product is probably more skewed towards making cocktails like your Mule Varieties as is indicated on the packaging but I ran out of my other ginger beer flavors and want to try out a new product. This is a super sweet to my palate syrup, that by the time you dilute it to a reasonable level you have lost the ginger notes and any effervescent feeling. The ginger pop that you get from a strong beer is there but you have to really love your drink sweet. Which is why I have been adding sliced Ginger to beverages I use this syrup with. Because of this a little goes a long way and will probably be using it for several months so I feel it is a decent value. I will update if i use this in a cocktail, but i rarely drink and i can't imagine this not overwhelming anything with a fructose flavor before you get to tasting any ginger or alcohol spirit. I won't buy again because there are better options for my uses, but I also know what floats my boat wont float others and think this will be for someone who like a good sweet spicy ginger beer. Live on.

It is quite a big bottle, so you get a lot for your money. We use this brand at my work, so it is restaurant quality. I put it in my coffee to have my own flavored drinks at home. I think the flavor is warm, but it’s not hot or over spiced. It’s a nice fall flavor. Put about three or four pumps into your drink (it’s best to get their brand pumps) if not put about half an inch into your cup. You can make many drinks with this since the bottle is so large, I think it’s worth the money.
