Very good quality tapioca. Use it for gluten free baking. Makes bread light and fluffy.

I bought this tapioca flour specifically to make Brazilian Cheese Bread, Pão De Queijo. My recipe was simple, and the flour worked as expected. The texture was as expected. I will definitely purchase this product again in the future. It is a large bag, so it should last me a while.

This makes a really great Brazilian cheese bread for a reasonable price.

No complaints about the product, per se, but the packaging leaves much to be desired. For nearly $25 for 5 pounds of flour, one would think the “reclosable” bag would reclose. After multiple attempts, I gave up and dumped the unused portion into a gallon zip-lock.

This product works very well and no one could tell a difference between the gluten free gravy I made with Anthony's Organic Tapioca Starch than with the usual flour or cornstarch. The gravy was smooth and tasty. In fact it was smoother and tastier than any gravies I have made in the past using flour or cornstarch. Will definitely buy more of this, I am hooked.

This is quality you can trust. Always good and a staple for sauces and endless recipes.

I was excited to receive this large bag of tapioca flour as I have a few recipes I'd like to try using this. Only disappointed to see it expires in less than 3 months! I will not have this bag finished in 3 months, I bought the large bag as it was better value for money. No now!
