Great sound & easy setup
Received 2 Sonos Ones yesterday from Amazon. $379 for 2, no shipping, no sales tax - saved around $50 from what I would have paid at the local Bestbuy. Downloaded the Sonos app into both my wife's and my android phones. Set up using the app was menu driven and there was not much to do but answer some questions and let the app do the work. I paired the living room speaker with the bedroom speaker so they play the same music at the same time. This was the primary reason I bought them (My wife wanted to listen to Pandora throughout the house while doing stuff or getting ready for whatever). The sound quality of the One's versus the original 1's is, in my opinion, noticeably better and certainly worth the extra $30-$50 per speaker. The One's are voice compatible with both Google Play and Amazon Alexa. I did not set up voice control as I do not to use either and I don't like my tech listening to me waiting for a command. If I want to know what the temperature is outside I am not going to ask my speakers for that information, I will look at a thermometer. The app takes some getting used to and I downloaded a cheat sheet from the Sonos website for my wife to use explaining the icons and controls. Loading iHeart and Pandora was easy as I only needed to input my user name and passwords for those services and they were added automatically to my list of available "services". We have about 10 music lists on Pandora and once you select it on the app, you can choose which music list you want to play from your saved lists...same as with the Pandora app on the TV's. There was also an option to listen to music from my phone, i.e., music stored on my phone. I was under the impression that this option was not possible but maybe there has been a software upgrade which Sonos seems to roll out on a regular basis. Perhaps the most important thing is that my wife loves them so happy wife, happy life. I was perfectly happy using my LG Atmos sound bar & sub for music enjoyment, but my wife did not like the Sony TV Pandora app (neither do I actually) and she wanted music in the bedroom/master bath...$379 done deal!

Sound is amazing, love the app, and tech support is brilliant
We have 10 Sonos speakers throughout our house , 5's, 3's, 1's, soundbar and base - (so clearly love it). We bought the Gen 3 (alexa interface) for our parents (in their 70's) to make it easy for them to play music & radio in different, and while the Sonos app is easy to use, the Alexa app makes it even easier, and they love it, can create speaker pairs, or play separately, and Alexa still answers all their questions. Only down side, it Alexa does not currently do the routines that the Gen 2 can do, i.e. "Alexa good morning" - Turn on lights, tell me news, weather and turn on NRP in the bedroom. I assume it will be in next Alexa update?

Awesome Speakers
These are great speakers and totally worth the money. I paired them up with a beam sound bar in my living room. We enjoy them while watching movies and just listening to music.

Expensive and mostly useless.
They don’t work as a Bluetooth speaker and they don’t have a line in. So the only way you can play music on the speakers is through Apple airplay or a streaming service. Way too expensive for such limited functionality. Will be returning.

Good speakers, bad third party supplier
Ordered the NEW pair of Sonos speakers from Amazon, but they shipped from another supplier. Neither box was unopened, so they had been used somewhere. One had instructions and a loose cloth cover, the other had neither and was covered in dust. We had to do the factory reset to get them to work with our system. Speakers are working fine, so happy there. VERY unhappy with Amazon using another party to sell these when they were obviously not new!

BEWARE: Does not actually work with Google in any meaningful way.
Marketing that this is "Compatible with Google Assistant" is false/misleading. I bought the speakers as a present for my elderly, hearing-impaired, mother to integrate with her array of Google Minis and Assistants around the house, so that she'd have one really good set in one room but could continue to listen to her music as she moved around the house. Sonos advertises the speakers as compatible with Google Assistant--the only reason I chose them--but it turns out that just means the voice commands can be processed through Assistant. The speakers themselves CANNOT BE GROUPED with Google, and Sonos Support said that there is no way to do it and no third-party workaround to group them with Google speakers. As the Sonos speakers only have bluetooth (which is denied entry by the Google apps) and, oddly, a single ethernet port in the back, there is no way even to connect them using a Chromecast dongle or cables. So now we'll have to stop the music and start it on a different system every time my mom moves to a different room. Completely worthless for our purposes, and incredibly disappointing. Companies need to understand that when they make devices easy to connect, consumers will buy more of EVERYTHING, rather than these stupid compatibility turf battles that make us stop wanting to use anything but an old 8-track cassette player. Please notify me when you learn to share.
