Very helpful cooling pads
Wow these are so helpful, what a nice relieving feeling. I use one about every 3 times I go to the restroom and change my pads. The other times I'm just using the absorbent pads from the hospital, but these ones provide such a nice feeling. They're very bulky though so if you have on tight pants it looks funny! No big deal, it's worth it.

A Total Lifesaver for Postpartum Pain Relief
These pads honestly saved my life postpartum. I was healing from a second degree tear and was incredibly uncomfortable. Sitting, standing, even just trying to relax felt impossible. These cooling pads were the only thing that actually gave me real relief. They get cold fast and stay cold for several hours. I love that they’re big enough to wear comfortably with all of the things I added on top of it like witch hazel foam. I could finally sit without wincing, which felt like a miracle at that point. I was even able to comfortably wear jeans with them. What I love most is how easy they are to use. No freezing and no prepping you just crack them, shake them, and they’re ready. When you’re postpartum and barely surviving on sleep, simple things like easy comfort matter. If you’re recovering from a v birth, especially with tearing, these are a must have. I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through those first 4 weeks without them.

Post-Hysterectomy Lifesaver
These Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads were an absolute lifesaver after my hysterectomy when I was dealing with uncomfortable swelling. While marketed for postpartum recovery, they worked perfectly for post-surgical healing too. The package comes with 8 pads, which was sufficient for my needs. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even when you're not feeling your best. These pads are definitely on the thicker side, but the instant relief they provide makes the bulkiness worth it. The cooling effect is incredibly soothing and lasts for about an hour per application. I particularly appreciate Frida's approach to a sensitive topic - they maintain a sense of humor while addressing real recovery needs. The brand doesn't take itself too seriously while still providing a high-quality product that delivers serious relief. If you're recovering from a hysterectomy or any procedure with similar discomfort, I highly recommend giving these a try. The cooling relief alone is worth every penny.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great but a bit much for what they are.
I recently used the Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads after giving birth, and overall, they were a great addition to my recovery. While they are a bit on the expensive side, I found that when I did need them, they were incredibly helpful. The combination of absorbent perineal pads and the instant cold therapy packs provided much-needed relief. The cold therapy felt soothing, and it was so nice to have everything in one pad. My only issue was that the cooling effect didn’t last as long as I would’ve liked, so I had to switch them out a bit more frequently than expected. I didn’t end up using all of them, but the ones I did use made a big difference during my recovery. If you're willing to splurge, they’re definitely worth trying!

Better than hospital ones
Better than the ones the hospital has. Gets cold fast and works well. They are a bit bulky to be expected, does feel like an ice pack sitting in your pants.

ESSENTIAL for healing, seriously
I am so so so glad I bought these before I gave birth and now I’ve already finished them and got more. They are so essential to healing especially the cooling sensation and how much fluid it catches more than pads without itching me bad down there. I had a third degree tear that tore the part that covers my rectum. There was obsiously discomfort but not much pain at all unless I sit or lay down a certain way where the pad gets jammed between the sutures but that’s not the product’s fault. As long as you readjust it’s all good. And it seriously helps with not swelling. Highly highly recommend!! For reference it’s only been almost a week since the delivery but I’ve healed up so much. I use this alongside Tucks and perineal foam, as well as the peri bottle.

Most Have For Postpartum Parent.
At first I thought I wasn't gonna need these and that they were fancy 'extras' but I was proven WAY WRONG. I literally need these. I had my baby 5 days ago and I can't go a day without them. Combined with the frida cooling liner, and frida healing foam this is literally keeping me sane. The pain from stitches is not unbearable it is consistent and will stop ur activities without the frida stuff. I literally could not sit down with my pain becuz of the pressure to the stitches, walking etc but when using the frida items it melts the pain away, calms swelling and let's me at least be active enough to take care of my child, sit (for a bit, not recommended by doctors to sit while have stitches for long periods of time) go eat, use the bathroom or do a quick shopping run (more like my husband drives me in car/slow walking). I would HIGHLY recommend these. I do suggest getting at least 3 packs of 8 (24 pads.) Or bigger packs if you find any. I'm currently on pack 2 (of a 8 pack) and preparing to get a third. It is a bit pricey but man is it worth it. I even got a frida postpartum kit from target just so I have a refill on the other stuff and have 4 more pads.
