Good design and materials. Holds up to road use
Well built cable with strain relief and good quality connectors. The cable jacket is of good quality and flexible. It handles road use without issues. That's why I keep purchasing this cable (with different ends) for road use.

Affordable & Reliable Quality Cables and Audio Solutions
This brand always surprises me with how good the quality is with their productsā¦.at least with their audio cables, because thatās all Iāve bought from them š With most physical music stores hard to come by these days and with the majority of online retailers charging ridiculous amounts for the simplest of items, this brand is a blessing! Itās been probably over a decade since Iāve found a fairly priced cable - XLR, TRS, MIDI - that doesnāt either literally fall apart, have connectivity issues, or pick up enormous amounts of feedback, causing an unbearable noise level. I first purchased a pair from Monoprice maybe a year ago now and have made it a point to buy from them whenever possible - Iām pretty sure every in and out of my interface and mixer are occupied by one of these. In terms of functionality, the style that has the support springs on each end of the cable is awesome for rack gear and monitors where the cables hang down.

Just What I Needed.
I bought this cable to run my re-amp box into my Scarlet Solo. The cable is thick and sturdy, and the connection is nice and snug. It works great; very much a quality item

Quality Cable at a Reasonable Price
I got this cable to be able to record audio to my HDV camcorder in small private airplanes. It does the job and does it well. The construction of the cable is very high-quality and rugged. The connectors are well-made, not flimsy or cheap. I was especially pleased to see that the cable near the 1/4" jack has a flexible but protective wire wrapping where the cable enters the jack, so if it gets crimped or bent it will likely retain its shape afterward and not short out. The insulation itself seems to serve well, being hard enough to offer ample protection but not so hard that the cable doesn't coil well. In terms of actual use, the cable performed admirably, giving me a good signal with minimal noise. I'm not sure if the cable is up to audiophile studio standards, but for a freelance videographer using it in an airplane it did a great job. The price is also very good, considering the length and the quality construction. A cable like this (especially with the unique connectivity of male XLR to Male TRS) could easily be three times the price from a physical store. This cable is worth a buy.

Decent cable but not 16 AWG
These cables have a nice design, are pretty thick and good value, but the conductors are not 16 AWG. I unscrewed the connectors and measured the small wires with calipers. I measured 1.6mm, just the same as a mogami gold cable that is advertised as 24 AWG (2534 cable), except the mogami gold is quad so it has four of these wires instead of two for the monoprice. The monoprice is thicker on the outside, at 8mm instead of 6mm for the mogami, but that is all due to thicker outer insulation. The quality of the soldering on the monoprice is also not great, one of the cables I got had burnt insulators visible once you unscrewed the connectors, leaving the wire exposed inside the connector, which could create a short if things were to move a bit in there. This will do the job in many cases but for the next ones I think I'll look at worlds best cable that seems to be a step up with the Canare L-4E6S or Mogami 2534 cables and Neutrik connectors. Mogami is generally recommended in the studio for best shielding and lowest resistance / capacitance, while Canare has the best durability with their braided shields, making them a better option for live use.

HIGHLY Recommended
My oldest son is a professional installer of studio hardware and other associated gear, and his company purchases all manner of hardware, directly from Monoprice. The fact that he recommended these cables to me because (and I quote) 'they make great products at great prices' tells only part of the story. The fact is that you'd be VERY hard pressed to find better or higher quality studio cables at ANY price. I'm using these cables to connect a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 DI (Digital Interface) to a pair of JBL LSR305 studio monitors in my 'home studio,' which is still under construction but is nearing completion. These cables work flawlessly, they're DEAD SILENT (meaning they don't pick up ANY noise) and are of EXTREMELY high quality. I haven't purchased the studio subwoofer yet (from Monoprice) that I plan on getting, but when I do, I'll also be purchasing more Monoprice XLR cables to complete the connections to the mains. There isn't a whole lot to say about high quality (studio) cables, other than the only thing that REALLY matters; they are totally transparent, which is exactly what high quality cables are all about. If you can't tell they're there, they're doing exactly what they were designed to do. And that IS the bottom line. HIGHLY recommended.

El cable es util para cuando quieres conectar instrumentos o microfonos en distancias cortas o en su defecto quieres agregar mas dispositivos a una consola o interface, las conexiones son de muy buena calidad por lo que permiten que el audio sea fiel.

Ordered a pair to connect my audio interface to KRK ROKIT 5 G3 studio monitors, can be used for any brand studio monitor big/small, you just have to look at what kind of input - output your monitor or audio interface has. I'm so happy I bought it. No unwanted noise like from cheap cables, 100% pure & totally professional quality sound! They're super solid and a little heavy in weight, single cable's weight is around 200gm. I don't mind the weight, no regrets, it is a very high quality cable to connect any big instrument/gear.

Great product, thick cable, this should last for years. I purchase Monoprice heavy duty cables when ever I can. A little pricy all the same
