No complaint about the quality of how its was made. The problem I have had is leaking. The blade attachment to the bowl is awkward to tighten. I have had numerous times where once assembled and liquid ingredient is added it would start leaking between the blade assembly and the bowl. I would have to pour the ingredients out or in a nearby container. I would clean it and make sure there were no contaminants in the seal. This happened, so every time I used I would remove the blade assemble, clean it and reassemble it. That usually worked. This time I'm fed-up, I went thru the usual process, checked for leaks, using water, then put the assembled bowl on the motor base. I poured in the milk, then some malt, banana and peanut butter and turned it on. I then went to the ice maker got some ice and started putting it in thru the opening in the lid. Then all the ingredients started pouring out. I quickly removed the bowl and found the blade assembly still on the motor base. Not sure what the problem is with this unit but I did notice that when you lock the bowl into the motor assembly it is in a counter clock wise which may be loosening the blade assemble. I'm above average size and strength, 6'-3" so don't think it is a strength issue or the ability to tighten the assembly. But it may just be me. My wife wont use it she uses her nutri bullet. So that's my experience with this product.
