Genuine Bosch, OEM equivalent
This is a genuine Bosch, like the original pump, but improved design that uses a turbine pump rather than the older gear type pump that eventually gets jammed by a bit of debris. It's quieter too. Quick to install. Works like it should. I saved a bit by buying "used" from Amazon Warehouse Deals, and got a new, never-installed pump, complete with the needed crimp wire terminals, nuts and washers, and waterproof boots to replace the original push-on connectors. This pump uses post terminals.

Works good
Works well on my 1981 Fiat spider. Keep in mind that the terminals only fit the post they are meant to go on so make sure you crimp the right ends to the positive and negative ends

Description is inaccurate.
The part number is not accurate. I received a part with the Bosch number 0 580 464 070 it looks right and it works. But it is not the stated part number. This pump has been problematic since I ordered it. It's super noisy and sometimes stops delivering enough fuel that it forces me to pull off to the side of the road. I end up banging on the fuel pump to get it working again. Now I'm on the road, away from home and stuck buying a new fuel pump for twice as much. Buy with caution.

OEM reliability at a great price
You're getting OEM but without the steep markup most parts stores charge. This replaced the original unit in my '76 VW Bus and it works perfectly.

Great item
It was everything I hoped it would be, I ordered it for my dad's Jaguar and he said it runs great. Installation was easy and it was actually brand new. I recommend this to others.

I have not had very good luck with these pumps
I have not had very good luck with these pumps. The first one was d.o.a., the second one is just noisy... lots of whine. It has been a year since I put the second one in and now it is starting to fail. I am guessing it is just a batch issue, will most likely by another.

Highly susceptible to tank debris...
As one reviewer noted above, this pump is HIGHLY susceptible to debris in the fuel tank. These pumps are manufactured in the Czech Republic - no offence to the Czechs, they have amazing food. However, these are branded as Bosch OEM replacement pumps, which I don't think they are. They are also very expensive in comparison to other models which have comparable performance. As this pump is used for OLDER vehicles, I highly recommend the following before replacing your fuel pump (or you'll be replacing it again in 2-3 weeks): 1. Drop your tank and have it acid washed and relined 2. Replace ALL fuel lines between the tank and the fuel pump with new hose 3. If your fuel screen in the tank was removed during the acid wash and relining, you will never get it back in place. It is highly recommended to put an in-line fuel strainer (I used Hastings Filters FF1125) as these pumps require them. It will void the warranty if you do NOT have a fuel strainer. 4. replace the downstream fuel filter as well. 5. refill the fuel tank with clean gas and injector cleaner - who knows what went downstream. 6. Lastly, someone said route the filter AHEAD of the pump. This will NOT work on some vehicles as the drop in pressure across the filter will cause the aft pump pressure to be too low and you will get hesitation on accelerating. Find a fuel strainer that has negligible drop in pressure and lots of surface area ahead of the pump. Best of luck, but I would spend only 35$ on the knockoff brands until you are sure the fuel supply is CLEAN.

The compatibility chart stated it would fit. It fit perfectly my 1986 Jaguar XJS. This pump fits hundreds of different cars. It's a Bosch, what else can you say. Good price for a German electric fuel pump that last for ever. Like usual good delivery times. Thank you
