PAK (pretty ass kat) I know, silly name but she's exactly what she is. She's now 17 years old and loves her meals. At her age, she likes to eat 3 or 4 times a day. A year ago I had DK (damn kat) and unfortunately 😔 he had a tumor at the back of his throat. He was 19 years old. On Valentine's Day we had to put him down. He loved his daily meals. 3 or 4 times a day. He was very bossy but I was so happy he had fun around the house and he slept very well. You've got to trust Purina Pro Plan for over 11 year old kats. Just a tablespoon 3 or 4 times a day.

My 14 year old but extremely agile cat started to lose a little bit of weight and didn't seem to be drinking enough, despite getting her one of those fancy cat fountains. She seems to enjoy staring into it, pondering the secrets of the universe instead. I had her on Friskies wet food a while back, but it seemed to cause her stomach troubles so I stopped. I decided to give this a try in addition to her dry food, and so far she loooves it. She has always been a small cat (under 5lbs her whole life) so I decided to start her off with 1/2 of the 3.3 oz can a day. I have to say, the cat food smell is pretty intense, but it immediately got her interest and she ran over and demolished the portion I gave her. Since then she still eats it with enthusiasm, but it takes her slightly longer to finish the portion, with a few left over chunks on occasion. I have stuck with this portion size for those reasons, and she already seems like she's adding some weight. Her stools are still healthy and solid, and aside from her occasional old-lady cat hairballs, she has not thrown up from this food. All in all, this seemed like the healthiest and cost-effective food in my budget, and it has not disappointed me.

My cat is the most pickiest cat of all cats! I've tried countless things, including treats. She refuses most things. She is very sensitive and has digestion issues, and she is missing a tooth. So, I decided to try this. And I'm so glad I did. This is the only food (other than her dry food) that she will eat. I love doing wet food with her tooth situation and digestion issues. She can eat with ease! She does not get sick. It's a perfect amount! It's rather pricey, but she's 20 years old and picky. I've been buying this for years. So I'm guessing it's worth the price. The photo is my cat waiting to get this. Her dry food was available, but she prefers this! As for the smell? She can smell it when I open it- so she comes running. Thus, no need in yelling for her. It does smell, but not as bad as others.

I have an old cat that is just THE most finicky eater. Even with this food, she will sometimes throw a kitty tantrum and not eat it. She’s extremely feisty and frustrating! That being said, I’ve tried dozens and dozens of brands of food, cheap to the most expensive, and this is the only one she consistently eats now. I’m honestly just so thankful that she isn’t a giant headache about food anymore and not losing all her weight. My only complaint is that she has gotten sick now with about 3-4 different batches sent by Amazon - and then she vomits everywhere and won’t eat for almost 48 hours. It’s very scary and I’ve figured out that she simply can’t eat this food until that period passes, then I’ll give it back to her and she’ll be fine for weeks. But I’ve had to dump entire 24-packs because of bad food - you can tell immediately when you open the cans. Either they have a dent and they’ve rotted or there’s these dark spots and the small amount of liquid that comes in the can is dark brown instead of a clear, light yellow/brown. I really wish Amazon would vet these packages better and keep an eye out for dented cans. It’s a huge waste and puts my cat through some suffering for a couple days. I’m afraid one of these times might put too much strain on her 2-decade old system :( But otherwise this food is the only thing she eats!!

For my 20 years old cat

My cat loves this food! She was having stomach issues (she’s getting older) and had a hard time keeping her regular food down. I switched to this wet food and she eats it right away and so far hasn’t had any problems. It’s formulated for older cats and so I think that makes it easier to digest. I am so happy my kitty is able to eat again!

My cat really likes this flavor. Especially since he is so picky. He only likes a few flavors. I would definitely recommend this.

My 15-year-old cat just about stopped eating her Science Diet prescription food and was losing weight. I tried two canned brands with large and small pieces, still wouldn't eat. Ordered this and it disappeared rapidly! My cat thinks it is a great product.
