Great quality as these products go. I got it for when I came home from the hospital and couldn't get out of bed. Most if not all urinals I have seen are made of cheap plastic and tend to buckle if you hold them too tightly. This has several qualities that I like. First, it is opaque. I did not like the transparent ones that are also more flimsy. If he cap is closed, I know I have used it. If the cap is open, I haven't used it. I'm not in a situation where I had to measure the volume as they need to in hospitals. Second, the handle is not hollow. This makes it stronger and no liquids can get in the handle. Makes it easier to clean. Third, the cap fits nicely with a snap. HOWEVER, I don't believe there is any urinal that I've seen that is perfectly watertight. So do not expect it to be. The cap fits better than anything you take home from the hospital, but this is still a blow molded product that is mass produced, so the mouth of the unit is not perfectly round. Nor is there any rubber gasket to make a water tight seal. So do not expect that from any urinal. That said, it is one of the best I've seen and I'm very happy with it.

Excellent urinal, nice color; reminds one of "porta- Potty's blue, solider sides, but still has 'leekability if knocked over. This may seem likea much bigger thing for us rare permanent users with a BK amputee and our state of the art Carbon fiber, nylon flexible lined, titanium- strontium-stainless steel K-4 all terrain College -Park Tacical Soleous feet. Huhhraah!/ improvise, adapt overcome.

This is more sturdy than the one I purchased at Walgreens. Like any plastic, it does absorb odor, so I put a little bleach in it and soaked it every few days. My husband used this after surgery.

This product is made out of solid material just as was described by another reviewer. There is a bonus that I was very much hoping for: the handle can be removed without creating a hole in the primary container. Don't dismiss this ability as trivial – most of the male urinals are not made with a solid handle that can be removed. This is an important feature if you wish to use the urinal upside down while seated in a wheelchair.

Best urinal I’ve found bc you can’t see through it and the handle is sealed to prevent urine from getting into it. Also, well-made heavy plastic, easy to disinfect.Update: 3 months later. Urinal started leaking. I don't know how bc it's very week made but it makes a mess. Don’t recommend

I really got tired of urinals, that are made of thin plastic and flimsy lids. So reading a review about how study this is made, I bought one, And I will say it is the best well made one I have seen. Besides it being made of thick material the lid snaps on very well. I know it's a lot more than most urinals you will see, But it is the only type I will be buying for a long time. Postage is high but it is send UPS.

Good product, sturdy, ergonomic, looks professional. Very good for occasional use. Not sure the cover would stand up to daily + use but it may. Fairly-priced here in August 2015 @ $9.99 + $3.95 shipping.
