Hamilton Beach Professional Juicer Mixer Grinder is the best Mixer grinder I have bought till now. Very easy to use and clean. Powerful motor, sharp blades and dry and wet options three setting for rough, medium and fine.Perfect consistency as per your need. Easy for grinding dry hard masala like garammasala, turmeric.and fine chutney and masalapaste for curries . Best for grinding idli dosa batter to fruit juices and milkshakes to hot soup. It makes my work so easy and mess free. A must kitchen appliances in every kitchen. Its the star of my kitchen.

Product is ok. Motor is good to grind dosa batter. But the customer care is really bad in my area (Trivandrum, Kerala). Its 3 years since i bought this and the motor is not working now. I called their customer care. At first, they asked me to pack it and they will pick it up. Note that we need to make sure packing is intact and all. Any issues related to packing wont be included in warranty. When I packed and kept it, they said they will send a local technician. After so many reminders, he came and told that motor is not working and i have to take it to some place far from my area. they never follow up to see the status of the request. Still figuring out how to get this fixed. Very bad for a premium brand. Also, the lids are not getting cleaned properly and the gasket is broken for both jars which i am using. Really dissatisfied.
