No service centre for Oral b in India
The brush is good, does it's job very well. It worked well for a few months but then it just stopped charging. I was told by Oral b that there is no service centre catering to electric brushes in India but only Braun brands. And was asked to contact Amazon. Disappointingly inspite of multiple follow ups nothing. Couldn't contact the seller as well. Poor after sales service. In short, after such an expensive purchase, it's a let down to not have it repaired in case of any problems. I would rather go for Philips or Colgate just for this reason.

Good customer service
I'm using oralb electric brush for almost 10 years. This one stopped working after few months, however oral b customer care were able to send replacement without much hassle. Highly recommend for kids especially who are not really interested in spending time on brushing. Please note kids teeth won't get gaps due to electric brush. It happens only due to the suggary foods.

This product is very bad. Not working good. I charge full 24 hours still not work. No proper guide how use this product. When I put charging, no light nothing showing. I don’t know charging or not. Very poor item, waste product.

Very nice for my kids. My son loves it. As soon as it came, my son first tried it by brushing his teeth after eating a chocolate with the 2 mins timer and the magic timer app. Dear parents, this is a very nice toothbrush for kids. Please take it. very soft and gentle. First, (Before we brought this) my son used to not brush at night. But, after it came, now my son brushes 2 times in the morning and at night! Even cost is low! Happy brushing with this brush.

Güzen ürün. Tek hatam tek modlu olması gözümden kaçmış. Yani hızlı yavaş ayarı yok. Ayrıca üründe şarj ünitesi ya da cihazın kendisinde şarjın doluluk oranı, dolduğunu göstermemesi eksi puanı. Onun dışında tavsiye ederim. Tek dikkat etmeniz gereken çift modluyla karşılaştırsığınızda fiyat farkının neredeyse hiç olmaması bence uygunsuz olmuş. Yani çift modlu bir ürünle aynı fiyat 🤷🏼♂️
