Works great! I had it going in just a few short minutes. It integrated right into my Alexa system without any hitches at all. Now I can turn on two of my DSLR's and two of my lights all at the same time, or one by one by one. It's freakin' awesome for the price. Can't be beat. Going to buy a couple more.

Please bring this product back. This was so GREAT!! when I travel and don't have internet or a router. I can still use the buttons on/off to contol items like a light, fan or heater. I often work in rural surroundings and have to make do with my computer, fridge, microwave wave, fan and heater. Those little switches are a great bonus. Please bring this item back to market. I love it!!!

I’m using this smart power strip under a desk in my room (I put it up using velcro tape) and it has done a really good job so far. It’s really great having the ability to turn my bedroom fan (that has a mechanical dial) on and off using just my voice. I also have a bedroom lamp connected that I can turn on and off with my voice. It took a bit of work to set it up, but through Amazon Alexa I’m able to control each of the plugs separately with different names.The only thing this power strip is missing is a flat plug. Unfortunately I haven’t found any smart power strip that has a flat plug, so based on the price and functionality of this one it is still one of the better options that is available now.

Great device, love the available options. Works excellent and seems to connect reliably. No issues with general function.Here are my (ever so) slight challenges with the device...First of all, it has no holes on the back to allow mounting to the wall. It's a sit-on-the-floor item only. Not the end of the world here, just surprising since virtually every power strip device I've ever seen includes mounting options. Also, pairing instructions are a little poorly written. While the instructions are comprised in a nice little full-color booklet with step-by-step guide, they do not match the actual product precisely. The good news is, if you are the slightest bit familiar with pairing most of these kinds of devices, it won't take long to figure it out on your own, which is what I did. The instruction manual shows images of components/lights that do not exist on the actual device (at least not as they are technically displayed in the manual). For example, the instructions indicate to press the reset button for 5 seconds in order to enter pairing mode (and pairing mode is supposed to be indicated by a rapid flashing little yellow circular light)...... Little problem..... There is no "reset button" and no little yellow indicator light either. What you have to do is press one of the plug switch toggles and hold it for about 5 seconds and then you have to let it go after 5 seconds because it will not start flashing or do anything until to take your finger off the button. When you take your finger off the button, all of the switches will click once and that's your indication that it's ready to pair. There is a small wifi signal light that will also blink blue. Then you can start to search for the device from the app. You can use either Smart Life or Tuya app to set this up. Once the device is setup the wifi symbol will change to solid blue.I've heard a rumor that SmartThings is going to start including Smart Life/Tuya devices but I was not yet able to get this to pair directly with SmartThings. If you want to use it with SmartThings, you'll need to create a virtual switch first in SmartThings and then set up an action with IFTTT to toggle it on and off, which works fine (though, as usual, IFTTT is slow so don't expect immediate response to the toggle).The app controls (from either Smart Life or Tuya) are very good. It includes a master power toggle (to turn on or off all 4 outlets), individual switch controls to toggle each outlet, a scheduling button (to add scheduled switch events for each outlet), and a countdown button (that can be set for each outlet). Both apps (whether Smart Life or Tuya) function virtually identical for this device and its setup. The power strip and each individual switch can also be uniquely named. Third party apps that can control this device directly include Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT, Rokid, and DuerOS. SmartThings will work if you utilize IFTTT along with a virtual switch option. Each outlet also has its own manual button to switch the outlet on or off, which means you can still control this even in the event of a connection issue or Internet outage; That is a welcome addition that makes this power strip always usable, with or without the smart features. The strip also includes surge protection. For the price this is a more than adequate device.Despite the minor details, the device works awesome. It's well-built, has a solid feel, and functions flawlessly. The 4 USB charging ports are also a welcome inclusion. This really is a great product and I would absolutely consider purchasing another for my home. This year we are using it to control the Christmas tree lights and surrounding devices. I only gave it 4 stars because of the slight issues with the manual's pairing instructions and the fact that there is no wall-mounting option. Other than those two details, this is a GREAT device and highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. This power strip was exactly what I was looking for. I needed something that would have all the normal features of a powerstrip plus something I could also control with my Alexa app and Google Home app. This fit the bill perfectly, plus it had the added bonus of having USB outlets which means I did not have to waste a power outlet for a phone charger.The setup on this device was very easy, it took me about 5 minutes to set the device up through the Smartlife App. I am glad this connects to the Smartlife app since all my smart devices are setup via Smartlife app. Smartlife app is then integrated into the Alexa App so you can control the power strip via voice command. You can control each of the powerstrips via smartlife app and also create routines to turn it on or off automatically. This powerstrip fits all my need and has a solid build, I highly recommend it.

I initially had a lot of trouble setting this plug up to my WiFi. The directions were a bit unclear and the product may have been updated so all of the buttons were not the same. After expressing my grievances with the product. Their customer service contacted me by text and telephone within days. With Vicky’s help guiding me thru setup it was done within minutes. The device works great. If i rename the plugs Alexa DOES have a bit of trouble with them, but I’m sure that is more of an Alexa issue than this products. I would just recommend if you do want to rename your switch, test it out right away and if she doesn’t seem to be understanding change it back to “switch 1/2” she seems to understand those very well.

It all started with one smart plug...now I have purchased this smart outlet with usb ports as well as ac outlets. I love this outlet! Four smart outlets that can be independently turned on/off for different times. Great to shut off lights and appliances when needed - don't even have to be home with the app on your phone! Set up took me all of 3 minutes to download the app, create a sign in and "find" the outlet so it was recognized. I haven't set up the outlets to shut down/turn on yet, but I will. I just wanted to get it up and running first. For an old lady, it's really fun getting into the 21st Century with this tech stuff! :)
