I've been looking to upgrade my working from home set-up and have been using a small desk with little shelves and stuff that take up room and make the desk feel cramped. I have been looking for a desk that is more functional and office-esque whilst still being able to blend into the home environment so as not to make the room seem to industrial. This desk is perfect! I went for the grey option which is much more of a birch wood colour and I'm very impressed. The instructions were fairly straight forward, although you need to make sure you're following the instructions for the desk you chose, either left corner or right corner (the instructions cover both). I was able to do this by myself, although I wish I'd have had a hand in flipping the desk over at the end as you build it upside down and the desk is quite heavy. Overall, it's the perfect height, I was able to mount my dual monitor stand to it with ease, and the cable management on the desk is such a game changer for me. I would highly recommend this desk and would have easily paid more for it considering the quality.

The desk is excellent, sturdy and good to look at, arrived on time delivered into living room. Assembled easily still the top in the packaging. When complete turned it over to find one corner slight damage. As this was at the back out of sight decided not to send it back. Others wise perfectly happy. In future I will fully inspect before assembling this type of product.

great office desk very sturdy

I use this desk for working from home. Once put together it is very sturdy, and has a great amount of space. There was a slight issue with on piece being damaged in transit, however after being in contact with the seller a replacement item was quickly sent out.

Atrocious. The delivery company was pitiful (Panther). They sat on the parcel for days before they decided they could be bothered to actually deliver it. The product itself. The instructions were a waste of time. The fixings were terrible. Most of the cam locks broke on tightening, and the retain hole for the cam was not aligned on a couple. Luckily I had some barrel nuts and bolts lying around which I used instead.

Needed a proper wide desk for work. Two person job and very easy to put up. Sturdy, solid and perfect. Would recommend. Delivery was quicker than expected. The seller kept us informed from the time of purchase. It arrived a day later (even though it was still very quick delivery) but that was down to courier and not the seller. Contact with the seller through was next to nine. Would absolutely order from this seller again.

I’ll start with the good: The desk is now received and assembled and is as strong as I hoped. And it fits in the space I calculated! My recommendation: Please note that the desk is delivered in THREE pieces. When you receive order acknowledgment, I strongly recommend that you contact Amazon customer services to check that they have passed all three consignment numbers to their courier, Arrow XL. The indifferent: Unfortunately, my happy situation has been achieved only at the cost of a failed delivery, a cancelled order, a rescheduled delivery, a missed delivery and (eventually) receipt of the goods. And a lot of conversations with various Amazon Customer Service agents. The desk is a bit hard to assemble, because there are a lot of redundant holes in the underside of the desk top which do not match the assembly instruction diagrams and which are easy to misalign, but I got there eventually! The desk is solid, spacious and stylish once assembled. My biggest issue was the delivery experience, details here in case you’re interested. I ordered the desk in time to arrive before Christmas and received order confirmation and contact from courier confirming same. When courier arrived (within their stated 2 hour window), they delivered only the legs of the desk. A week of daily contact with Amazon customer service (yes, over Christmas) made it clear that they had never passed the other two consignment numbers to the courier, so the remaining consignments would never be delivered. After (eventual) discussion with the excellent Amazon Support operative Marlen (pronounced Marlene), I cancelled the original order and re-ordered, now available at a lower price. The legs from order #1 were picked up on 31 December, again within the 2 hour time slot stated by Arrow XL. I received order confirmation for order #2 and immediately contacted Amazon Support (via the “call me back” system, which works well :) ) to insist that they give me the three consignment numbers by email (which was done) and to make sure that they ( Amazon) had really placed all three consignment number with their courier, Arrow XL. I did not want to risk the same mistake as happened on order #1. The Amazon agent was able to confirm that all three consignment numbers had been given to the courier. I checked all three consignment numbers on Arrow’s tracking system and they all showed delivery on the same day, so my confidence was increased. As a final wrinkle, Arrow’s system on the delivery day was not working, so I could not see the map showing the whereabouts of the driver en route to my drop off, and received no phone call (Arrow’s usual procedure) to confirm their ETA. They arrived very early and I was unaware of their attempt to drop off the desk, so I received only a “sorry we missed you” card, when I arrived at the drop off point 40 minutes before Arrow’s earliest confirmed time slot. Phoning Arrow immediately resulted in the drivers coming back, now within their allotted time slot and they took the desk, as per their terms of delivery, to the upstairs room where it was needed. Ultimately, I’m now satisfied, but it has taken much more effort on my part than I would usually expect. I hope this is of interest and helpful.
