Excellent orthotics
Recommended by podiatrist due to flat feet and Achilles tendinitis. These are brilliant and so much cheaper than the ones I usually wear. My foot position is so comfortable and with a lift insert and stretching regimen from podiatrist, I am now enjoying walking again without pain. If you can see a lower limb specialist podiatrist (UK) they can do a gait analysis and will get you moving again and give you the tools you need especially with flat feet etc. I have bought another pair already! Vionic shoes are also a godsend for sandals to give those flat feet tootsies a break - I hope this helps! Don’t give up, find a lower limb specialist podiatrist and get that four position right!

Boughton for plantair fasciitis
I bought this brand and 2 more brands. It's the best from all of them and a nice quality. It's made from strong material and have a soft feeling, but it's still strong because of an extra hard plastic on the bottom of the insole, with a soft extra support in the middle of the insole for extra help that feels great! The arch is has the perfect hight for my problem that makes you feel comfortable and less pain, you'll need to have extra space in the shoe, which my shoes do, to feel not packed.

Not a paid review
I have a number of these insoles. I have planter faciatis and it's painful. I've been wearing these insoles for about 2 years and said have several pairs in different shoes I did find that using the insoles in certain shoes like Timberland I went up a half size. My main boot I wear daily is a pair of AkU walking boot and they fit very wel. As well as having planter faciatis I have back problems and I have problems with my knee ( military injuries) the insoles have helped to reduce my disomfort by the support they give, but most noticeably the planter faciatis, I can wear other shoes without the insoles but after a day I know about. The pain from just putting your feet on the floor is indescribable, which brings me to how I am writing this review. I wore my boots and at the end of the day I started to feel some discomfort in my feet. Upon inspection of the insoles I had found the insoles had compressed to the point you could make out the outline of my toes. Sitting here working out how long I have had this pair was a good 12 months These insoles are excellent they have withstood daily use in walking boots I walk always 5 miles a day and I am no light weight I am a big bloke, they have functioned well and given me miles of pain relief. Without hesitation I've bought another pair I would not be without these insoles in my shoes so much so most of my shoes now have them in. Only my dress shoes don't have them them the shoes are not feel enough The heels on the insoles are raised which makes my unsuitable, but for boots and trainers they are great. I recommended to my father in law who is on his feet all day and he is pleased with the results. They have worked for me if you are suffering from planter faciatis give them a go they do feel a little strange at first it persevere and quite quickly you will get use to them. Remember not recommend for shallow footwear. Best of luck hope they work for you

Good product, but one condition....
6/10. So, I think these are a good product, but unfortunately I can't use them because they are so thick inside my boots. I can't remove the insole in my boots, so laying these insoles on top just means that your feet are squashed in your shoes. I tried trimming them down, thinking this might help, but it doesn't. So, these are only good IF you can remove the sole already inside your shoes/boots. They are very comfortable, and have a good support area for the bridge of your foot. I may try to put them into trainers which I can remove the soles already fitted.

Reduction in my back and hip pain by the next day!
So here's the deal. I ordered these insoles in desperation. I have suffered from lower back pain for over 5 years now, often the pain is chronic - it is a constant in my life though the intensity ebbs and flows. But the last three weeks have been very bad: My hip joint and left knee had became very painful - a throbbing burning pain resulting in me taking my full suite of painkillers to the max daily. I have read many times that this type of pain may have a root cause in posture and in foot pronation. I have VERY flat feet, bu never in my 64 years have I ever done anything about it. So I ordered these insoles. When they came (on time!) I slipped them into my shoes (which fitted very well indeed) and decided to wear them as often as I could. (I have been barefoot a lot this summer). At the end of day one, the pain in the hip and knees had reduced to intermittent ache - a notch or two lower in intensity. By day three - and the hip pain and knee pain had subsided to very occassional spasm - meaning I could notch down on taking the painkillers! I attribute this improvement to the footwear which is NOT uncomfortable and a great fit for my foot and my shoes - the selection guidelines are very useful to get the right size! At least for me. Absolutely worth trying
I got these to try and reduce pain in the ball area of both feet with wearing work boots all day. The lump part took a while to get used to but after a few days you dont really notice it. This support definitely helps with the pain. After 2 and a half years and numerous pairs of boots im buying another pair to replace my worn out ones

A very worthy choice if you like discomfort
My flat feet just couldn't adapt to these. Excruciatingly uncomfortable. That pronounced bulge, pushes against a tendon leading from big toes. Wore them for part of a day, then had to remove them. Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx insosles, have been my favoured choice for years. Unfortunately, they are comparatively expensive (perhaps it's because they come from the States), which is why I decided - with some skeptism having studied them - to give this brand a try. I should have paid more attention to that voice in my head; it wasn't wrong.
