Good Quality
These pads are much better quality than other brands I've tried. They last a lot longer.

Missed hopes.
I purchased these because they were small - needed for Eb clarinet and soprano saxophone. Most of the good mouthpiece cushions out there - the transparent ones, anyway - aren't made by the reed companies that put their logo on; the base stuff is made by 3M, sticks great and lasts a good while. These are not. The glue isn't as good, the material not as durable. I'll use the more common ones and a pair of scissors to cut down after this.

Gets the job done, but not as durable as Vandoren.
Bought these mouthpiece pads when I couldn’t find the thick, black Vandoren mouthpiece pads. Compared to Vandoren, these ProTecs are just as comfortable, but simply are not as durable. They seem to wear down quicker, and the adhesive isn’t as strong. I would purchase these again if I needed to, but would rather use Vandoren or find a comparable brand.

Perfect for my metal alto mouthpiece!
Most cushions are shaped wide to narrow and are too wide for a metal mouthpiece. These have a uniformed width that’s perfect for thinner alto and soprano metal mouthpieces.

They’re pretty good BUT
I bought them because I buy and repair damaged mouthpieces. Normally I use Vandoren for hard runner but some metal are too slim for them. That’s where these come in. They get the job done and are comfy. My main complaint is that when you adjust your teeth placement like I do they are not long enough and my teeth hit the bite pad or metal and hurts. If your super consistent or don’t ever adjust than these work great. For me, I like them and use them. But they’re not perfect.
