The definition of crinoline is a stiffened frame to help hold the skirt out in a kind of hoop. Crinoline is in the title of this skirt and the picture also implies it sticks out, which it most certainly does not. It is comprised of a very çheap halloweeny costume fabric which frays easily and a lace overskirt which lays completely flat over it. This is false advertising at it's worst. So disappointing, as we wanted to do a steampunk outfit for halloween and this was a waste of money. Overpriced for shoddy materials, too. I suggest the manufacturer take the word crinoline out of the description.
