It's a good product and I had been using it.

May prefer
Overall good. Taste is not good which proves healthy drink. You can prefer this as it flush out excess water from your body and help lever. This minimum 2 quantity may last for upto 2 month is like quite good as noticable effect requires 2 month because this is aryuvedic syrup.

Immediate relief and feeling of peace and wellness
Dysuria of mine subsided soon after taking this medication. Ayurvedic products from Kerala are often better made adhering to strict quality control guidelines. There are fakes as well. This product is effective in my case. Highly recommended. Not acrid or sour but a mild sweet taste. Thank you Amazon Editing after a day: miraculously my dysuria vanished or became very mild. Great and quick results. That doesn’t mean everyone will experience the same. I am also on a strict diet. Zero sugar, zero to a little oil, zero milk vegetarian with leafy green vegetables and fruits Paisa vasoooolllll….,,

Not satisfied
I am using Badiynath Punarnavasava for swelling from last year with good results. This time I switched to Kerela.,but Badiynath result is much better.

Its harmful
It can cause kidney issues, after consuming it I am suffering from urinary issues. It took me an year to recover.
