I really like Sunny Vibes but it's been discontinued. So I thought i would give this a try. It seems to work pretty well. I'll continue to use it.

Great texturing spray! Adds volume and texture to my hair. Safe for color treated hair. I also think it helps keep my hair look cleaner for longer periods of time, and when I curl my hair it helps the curls to last longer. My only complaint is the sprayer feels backwards to me. I often spray it in the wrong direction. Definitely will buy again.

This may work well for some, as the reviews suggest, but it was disastrous for my short, wavy hair. As instructed, I sprayed it very lightly (and holding the can at a good distance) on the roots of my hair. All I wanted was a little extra, light texture for increased body and volume. The first time, I started by spraying the roots of my bangs and it left a white, sticky patch on my forehead that was difficult to get off! I should have stopped there but I continued to lift up a few small sections of hair and lightly spray the roots. When I was done, my hair was sticking out wildly in all directions and was impossible to re-style with my fingers or a brush or comb. I had to take a shower, re-wash my hair and re-do my makeup from scratch. It was also not easy to shampoo out -- so sticky. I was about an hour late for my commitment. I'm still kind of in shock about how badly it performed on my hair but I did try it one more time to be sure it wasn't user error when I wasn't under pressure to get out the door. I used as light a touch as humanly possible and held the can as far as I could from my head, and it behaved exactly the same way. It was not cheap and I am not happy.
