It took about a week for me to fully notice results. but i’m a stay at home mom with ADHD and my days typically consist of me running around like a chicken with my head cut off, and feeling completely overstimulated, on edge, and exhausted by the end of the day. This product helps me get my to do list done without feeling overwhelmed or in a panic about things not getting done. I also sleep better, but ive also began having vivid dreams every night that i remember. but that’s not unpleasant.

I've used Imperial Adaptogen off and on for over a decade. Originally I thought, it's just a mild mood booster/bleeds off stress, and so I wasn't that compelled to keep taking it but I would still buy it sometimes when I was struggling more with mental health. I don't really know for sure why it seems so much more effective now, but it does. I got back on it to see if it would help with the ongoing pandemic stress and it has helped so much with my feelings of random rage blow ups, moodiness and excessive sensitivity and I no longer feel a lot of stress scrolling social media or just randomly throughout the day as I used to. I feel more overall calm and patient. Perhaps it is because I am overall healthier than when I first started taking it, or maybe it is having a combined effect with other things I take such as high dose fish oil, saffron, or anything else. But I feel that this is genuinely very effective and will probably just stay on it regularly now. I have also tried just ashwagandha alone, in more than one formula, and it doesn't help as much plus it gives me acne. This might be increasing my acne slightly but not like ashwagandha was. I also feel like you get good bang-for-your-buck with this formula and that it's only 1 pill a day.

This is a supplement that I will never do without! I love the mixture of ingredients, saves me money and from having to swallow a ton of other supplements.

The favorite of my supplement stack. Just an outstanding combination of natural herbs that really improve mood, stamina, and mental alertness. Just one in the morning gives me enough energy for the day. No more urges for afternoon or mid-morning naps. Really a game-changer for me. I was concerned about a prolonged intake of licorice (since it contains glycyrrhizin....can be harmful in regular, high doses), but the content here is likely small. In Chinese medicine they often blend licorice as a harmonizing agent to take the edge off other highly concentrated herbs. Really feels like this is a superior, well-thought out formulation versus other adaptogen products.
