Great for Pinewood Derby Cars
I used this to attach some weights to our kids' Pinewood Derby cars. It does a great job of bonding with the wood, and I didn't have any issue with the mess (super easy cleanup). The bottle made it easy to use, and I was able to control the amount that came out without issue. After it dried, it was absolutely hard, and didn't have any give to it (which was good so a weight didn't fall off on the way down the track!) Great product and as advertised!

Titebond has a glue for every situation
Titebond makes amazing glue! I mostly use Titebond III, because it's waterproof and exterior rated. They could improve the nozzle and lid, but otherwise they are outstanding. I just use condiment bottles (or Milescraft Glue Mate) to avoid those issues. I and II are thicker than III. Only use Titebond 1 for interior projects. They all function perfectly and cure quickly as long as you use the correct version for the correct setting. The 16 oz size is great, but larger sizes are available. I normally buy the gallons and refill. Finished product appearances is perfect as long as you remember to wipe away any excess with a wet towel or rag before it dries.

A perfect wood glue for all sorts of projects
For me, Titebond is the only wood glue, I don't think I've ever used anything else. I notice relatively little difference between the Titebond II and Titebond III in my projects, both produce bonds which are at least as strong as the wood itself, though apparently III is stronger and and more water-resistant than II, and II has a faster setting time. I find this holds well with minimal - and sometimes no - clamping force. It sands easily, and while wet washes off with water. I give it as least an hour to set at room temperature, 90m if it's cool, and a day to take any significant force. Most of my work is with decorative objects or small things like boxes and jigs and the like, though I've also used it on Jo staves which have survived years without splitting or separating or threatening to do either. I would definitely recommend it. I intend to continue using it for the foreseeable future.

Applicator is large - not best for miniature wood crafting
Works pretty well but does not dry clear, there is a yellowish tint left behind. Smaller applicator for smaller wood pieces would be most excellent. Comes out fast. Fairly easy to clean. Takes a few hours to set.

Titebond II Premium Wood Glue (8‑oz)
Pros: Strong initial tack and excellent bonding strength Good water resistance (ANSI Type II standard) Sandable and easy to work with FDA approved for indirect food contact (useful for kitchen wood projects) Cons: Not fully waterproof (only “water-resistant”) Longer clamp time needed compared to some adhesives May not be ideal for outdoor projects in extreme conditions over time Overall: A reliable, versatile wood glue that balances performance and ease of use, especially for indoor and semi-exposed woodworking projects.
