Used it for the first time today & couldn't of made a better investment.
Machine has a weird smell when running but hopefully it will clear up when it breaks in, it's fast & does an amazing job of making flour. Made my first loaf of bread in over 4 years due to allergy to yeast, gluten & eggs. This mill allows me to affordably grind up whatever I want compared to dropping $10 for a small bag of brown rice flour. The recipe below is the best read that I've eaten in at least 4 years. if you have any of these allergies, it just needs a bit more milk. Ingredients Group 1 : Dry Ingredients 3/4 cup brown rice flour 3/4 cup almond flour 1/2 cup potato starch (not potato flour) 1/2 cup tapioca flour 1/4 cup gluten free oat flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 3 teaspoons xanthan gum 3 tablespoons coconut sugar 1 teaspoon salt Group 2 : Wet 1 cup 2% milk 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar Group 3 : Egg Replacement 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal 6 tablespoons hot water 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon melted butter Begin by whisking the dry ingredients (group 1) together in your stand mixer bowl thoroughly. Set this aside for now. Next mix the milk and apple cider together and allow to warm slightly on the counter. Next step is to mix the flaxseed meal and the hot water together from group 3. Set this aside to get goopy. Once the flaxseed meal slurry is the right consistency, mix into it the 1/2 cup olive oil and stir together thoroughly. Then mix in the milk, then the water, stirring together after each addition. Now make a well in the flour mixture that is already in your stand mixer bowl. Pour the liquid into the well and using your dough hooks mix until all the liquid is incorporated into the flour. It should be thick and hold together in a ball. By now, you should have preheated your oven to 375 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with olive oil. Turn the dough out onto the middle of the cookie sheet and with olive oiled hands smooth and shape the dough into a ball. With a sharp knife score the top in an X but not too deep. At this point I brushed the top with melted butter and placed it into the 375 degree oven for 1 hour. When done, remove the bread loaf and put it on a wire rack to cool.

Best spice grinder available...
I have been cooking Indian Food for 17 years. I have burnt through countless coffee bean grinders (despite reading rave reviews on them) over the years grinding spice mixtures (i.e., masalas) both wet and dry using coffee bean grinders. I am aware these are not designed for wet masala paste processing, but one would think the gasket separating the blade from the motor would prevent seepage. In any event, these "bean grinders" are not meant for long term use. So, I search for "industrial grinder" and came across this product. I am THRILLED with it. It is very high quality, excellent stainless steel body, like one would see in a professional kitchen. The volume of the grinding hopper is about 2 1/2 cups, so much bigger than even the largest coffee grinder I have encountered. I am an Ophthalmologist by profession, so I looked very carefully with scrutiny at its design; it is very well made. Let me explain the knobs as shown for clarity. The red knob on the right keeps the whole body vertical for grinding. This is important because if you have a smaller quantity of seeds to grind, you can tilt it and gravity with cause it to fall to one corner below and keep it in contact with the blades longer instead of flying in the air inside the hopper during grinding. The knob on the right of the photo is the timer/on switch for timed grinding. The red light on top is the "on light". I believe the button in front is a breaker release (I have not used yet) or it may cut power to the blades in case you need to stop it suddenly. I am waiting for my English version manual to come to review its function. Finally, the lid secures very nicely with two adjustable locking knobs. There is a rubber gasket inside the lid to keep the powder inside nicely. The unit comes with all the extras: a nice sieve, a cleaning brush, extra springs/bushing x 2, extra set of blades. The cord plugs in the back (both male and female ends). I am so pleased with this item. It is worth every penny. I cannot wait to grind pieces of dried turmeric, which has the density and hardness as petrified wood. You will be very happy you bought this if you have been in same circumstance as myself.

everything is great. It grinds very hard material very well
Everything works well. Just three points. One is that it makes a very loud noise when it is grinding. Second is that it has a smell when it is done grinding. Third is that you have to be careful since there is no safety lock. Just make sure you put everything in first and then close the cap. Then you plug it in and turn on to start the grind. Except those three points, everything is great. It grinds very hard material very well.

GoldenWall Stands behind their products 100%!
I purchased this 300g stainless grinder for a variety of grinding tasks and so far this unit has ground everything quickly and with no problem. Initially, I received a unit that seemed have a malfunction. GoldenWall wrote me quickly to let me know the issue was more cosmetic than functional and they quickly sent a replacement unit that - I am happy to say - works completely flawlessly! If you need a table top "industrial grinder", then this unit seems to fit the bill nicely. This can turn almost anything dry into a powder in very short time. With the folks at GoldenWall willing to deal with any potential defects you come across, this unit is a solid investment if you need this kind of device.

Grinding nuts, beans or grains is good. Quick and very fine. It's noisy and hard to clean properly but still bearable with your patience.
