Great product, great value.
I bought this Augason Farms Vegetable Medley Blend thinking the can would be smaller, so I was a bit shocked when I pulled it out of the box; it’s much larger than I expected. That’s completely on me for assuming instead of reading the details, but honestly, it ended up being a pleasant surprise because I got far more product than I anticipated. Since it was more than I needed for just myself, I sent half to my son. He loves using it in ramen, and I’ve been using mine in tuna salad, chicken salad, dips, and various other recipes. The vegetables rehydrate well and taste fresh, and they’ve worked perfectly in everything I’ve added them to. This turned out to be a great purchase. The quality is excellent, the amount is generous, and it’s incredibly convenient to have dehydrated veggies on hand for quick meals. I’ll definitely buy this again.

Simple, fast, and taste good.
This product is great. Its hard for me to keep fresh vegetables without allot of waste. I use this in many different meals and im happy with the quality. Easy to make and its easy on my stomach. Ill be trying other products as well. They dont seem to get mushy when cooked in a soup. Will be buying more of this product.

Tiny Pieces but Tasty
I bought these for emergency preparedness but found myself craving vegetable soup last night and had no fresh vegetables. Decided I'd give this a try. The pieces when rehydrated are tiny which surprised me. Mostly potatoes and onions, a bit of carrots & celery, and I could not find any peppers. Cooked them in bone broth for about 20 minutes and they made a tasty soup which would work in an emergency but I don't think I'd use them for everyday meals. Not a bad product all in all, just not what I was expecting.

Tasty and saves time for soups and dishes
This was perfect for making Chicken/Turkey pot pies and added to my turkey soup too. My daughter stole the rest of my can so I ended up buying two more. They are dehydrated so they can last a long time so you can use it when you want and won't spoil. Perfect to help absorb the liquid if your soup is too watery also by just adding a little more. Saves time and tastes great!

Quality and ready in minutes
I have purchased all the different kinds of dehydrated vegetables. When I want to cook I have what ever vegetables I need. Never thought about using dehydrated veggies but convenience and quality certainly makes a huge difference.

Good veggie stew mix
This Augason Farms mix is a nice soup/ stew mix for emergency and hiking meals when mixed with freeze dried or canned meats . There other veggies and fruits are pretty good too and something I used allot while hiking and patrolling the AT when working with the Forest Service and staying out for a week or two at a time on the trails . There bucket meal offerings leave more than a bit to be desired and are way to salty and taste only Meh at best ,,,those I don't care for so much or haven't bought more than once . Just like most of the other budget offerings available out there. Most brands are all just empty calories mostly and not much more and many if not most taste like c**p to be honest . There fruits and veggies I like though .

Look at the photos
What you see is what you get, and that is a can that is about 70 % 1/4" diced potatoes with the remaining vegetables being flakes and particles, many being much smaller. You can see how many are floating on the surface of the water in the 3" ramekin while rehydrating. This has been rebranded from the stew mix that it truly is and shame on Augason Farms for trying to pass it off as anything else. My suspicion is that this is a way for the company to package the "tailings" from dehydration of other vegetables and if you have ever done any home dehydrating you know what I'm talking about. The quality isn't bad in terms of flavor, after a 10 minute hot water soak everything was already easy to eat and tasty. But again the extremely small flakes made the cabbage, onion, and celery all look alike and I don't think I can see any red peppers. If you are buying this as a long term food storage item you may want actually try cooking with it and see how it works for you. It should be a good soup/stew starter as it was originally intended but if you are buying it as a pantry staple to have dried vegetables on hand for quick meal preparation then you're likely to be as disappointed as I was. If I hadn't gotten it for a deep discount I'd be talking to Amazon about a refund.
