True 4mm exterior circumference-just like I needed. Strong stainless steel with excellent integrity for its size. I needed this to repair a plastic rollover valve stem that broke off my fuel tank. Great price and solid product! YOU GET TWO RODS TOO! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Just what I needed
I needed to use these tubes to create a sleeve for stainless steel wire to slide through to pull on a latch to open a gate. These were perfect for that application. I bent it with a small-diameter tubing bender and they bent just fine without collapsing or narrowing their diameter.

Tolerances aren't exact
I was really excited when I was about to use this part only to find out that it isn't exactly 4.00mm OD. The inside is 3.03mm which was good enough for my inner use, but the outer diameter I had to polish to make it 4.00mm. It was actually something like 4.10mm, which would not fit my gears. It was an extra hassel, but I was able to manage it
