These tools came super quick and I could not find a deal that beat it anywhere at my local shops or box stores. They are cheap and get the job done and even come with a nice bag to keep them in. I use these with my planted tank at work and needed something I could use to keep things looking good. Good quality, fast shipping, and cheaper than anything around. I would buy again and again for basic needs on a budget.

I thought I reviewed this item before but maybe not. Very nice tools for aquascaping at an affordable price. They’re made from stainless steel to prevent rust and corrosion. They have a nice weight to them and are comfortable to use. The scissors were sharp right out of the box I find I use the straight tweezer tool, the scissors and the substrate scraper most often and hardly ever use the curved pincher tool. It just doesn’t seem to work very well and winds up pulling plants upwards instead of pushing them down into the substrate. I actually use the smaller end of substrate scraper to push plants into the sand. Works better for me Tools come packaged in an attractive cloth carry case. Small paper PH kit is included.

Theses instruments make aquarium care so much easier. From trimming the amazon sword plants to leveling off my gravel, tools is a must have for anyone with an aquarium.

I really love this set, I did not want to hunt down all the aquarium tools myself or pay an upcharge at local shops. It has everything I needed and is perfect for my little tank. Only downside is the chlorine strips don't really have any info on how to use them on the packaging, a lot of strip tests have time intervals that are relevant to the outcome of the test, like how long it needs to give a proper result, and for how long the result is good for. It took awhile to get a color, and as it dried it turned back to being mostly yellow. But it's a small concern in all honesty. Overall the set is great and I'll be encouraging my parents to get one for their aquarium that they'll be setting up too.

Purchased back in May 2025, can't beat the prices, but functionality is mixed for me. The tweezers while long, you need to hold it about halfway done to keep a decent grip on the plants when inserting into the substrate\gravel. Also, I wipe it dry after use, leave it out on my desk to air out, but still it rusts.

Excellent quality and very convenient storage pouch. Very sturdy build with quality materials. As a first time user of this type of product it took time and patience to learn the dexterous use of the tweezers, but that is down to the user and not a product issue.
