I confess; I was skeptical about this product. However, I found it to be the simplest, easiest, and most convenient way to supplement my intake of prebiotic fiber. 2nd time I've bought this brand. Main reasons are that it tastes good (I take it straight) and gives me a decent boost of fiber to keep things rolling along.

The taste is slightly sweet, pleasant, easy to swallow. The instructions on the bottle say "take plenty of water". It would be far more helpful to state a specific amount of water to take per each Tbsp -- "plenty" can be interpreted in a wide range of amounts. Please help customers get the best benefit of this product by stating a specific amount of water. I hope to enjoy this product for months and years to come. Thank you.

I found out I was fiber deficient and needed a little boost. It took two days to kick on but now I can “take a dump” daily . This is particularly nice if you are gluten free or tend to eat a lot of animal /dairy products. I’m typically pretty sensitive to supplements but this one I do not react to. I drink it plain, as is, with some water on the side, after a meal. It a sweet orange flat that’s pretty tolerable, it isn’t thick but a good watery consistency. My only complaint is the price. If you take full servings it will only last two weeks.

I firdt purchased this from a health food store in MS. I looked for it in my local health food store in LA but could never find it. This is one of my subscription items on Amazon. It's a great product that I take regularly.

On my second bottle. The only product that has relieved my chronic constipation. I have tried everything: drinking over 80 oz of water every single day; upping my fiber intake by 40 or more grams per day, plus taking fiber supplements; walking and exercising. Constipation for some must be genetic. My mother always suffered with constipation, especially as she got older. I began getting constipated in my fifties, and nothing seemed to work. I was married at 21, and out of the house, so my mother and my diet were completely different. While many foods may lead to constipation, that wasn't the case for me. Something just wasn't working right with my pipes, until I found this fiber supplement poorly by accident. I bought it to use as an ingredient to make my own protein bars, and noticed that one of the side effects of this product is regularity. Wow! Did I hit the jackpot! The product is sticky, but just wipe any excess off the bottle prior to placing it back in a cabinet.

This tasteless liquid is easy to take, since you can add it to hot or cold drinks.
