So good! The free form amino acids absorb really quickly. I have been using them before and during every climbing session in the gym and outside. They reduce muscle protein breakdown (thus reducing soreness), decrease delayed onset muscle soreness, and reduce turnaround time between high intensity workouts. I've noticed that it starts my muscle repair early with active recovery..I can start recovery while I'm still climbing! I also love that it's caffeine free, since I already get my caffeine from the Gnarly pre-workout (highly recommend the Essential Aminos, Gnarly pre-workout, and Gnarly collagen combo). The Berry Lemonade flavor is delicious. Loved it so much that I got several so that I'm stocked up for months.

Sometimes I mix it in with my pre-workout. Other times, I like to drink it by itself. Either way, I love this stuff! And it's caffeine free which allows me to take it during an evening workout as well. Throughout a heavy training block, I notice my body is less sore and fatigued, which helps me power through multiple training days and stay on track for the remainder of the week. As a climber, I also like to drink this during a long day outside. The flavors are delicious and I usually swap between the berry lemonade and fruit punch but I bet the lemon lime is good too! That's the biggest perk about Gnarly Nutrition, the flavor. I use their other products too, like their vegan protein, and I haven't found another brand whose flavor profile can match Gnarly's.

I like this product. It tastes good for not having artificial sweeteners. I would recommend if you have the extra cash to get healthier supplements like this that you do. Just start researching some of the sweeteners, flavorings, and dyed they put in you favorite supplements and you'll quickly find the extra money to spring for gnarly products and others like it. The berry lemonade was good. The powder mixes pretty well, sometimes I get a little at the bottom that I have to swirl to get it all but it's not anything I'm not used to. As far as its benefits, I don't see anything better or worse then the many other bcaas I've used except for no artificial ingredients. I like bcaas to supplement with during my workouts and this one does the job to keep me going.

I have used Gnarly Nutrition products for many years and I was so excited to try the Caffeine Free BCAAs and they did not disappoint! These BCAAs minimize muscle soreness and help so much with giving me the energy I need, so I am able to keep my training on track. I love that it is gluten free, vegan and tastes great too!! Literally ZERO complaints!

As a plant-based endurance athlete, I am always cognizant that I may be lower in essential aminos than others. That's why I use have used Gnarly BCAAs in the past. But now Gnarly has outdone themselves! Gnarly's new Aminos Caffeine Free version is even better! I really like the taste of the Berry Lemonade version. Here's what it does for me: It helps reduce muscle protein breakdown after workouts and decreases delayed onset muscle soreness. That means I am able to fully recover before my next workout, especially high intensity ones like I am doing now in my ultra marathon training. Highly recommend for anyone!

I have been drinking Gnarly's aminos daily for the last 4 years. They recently revamped the flavor to be less tart. I honestly didn't mind the old formula's flavor but did notice a difference with less tartness on the after taste with my current bag. I appreciate the caffeine free version as I already use a pre-workout that's loaded with caffeine and prefer to drink my aminos post-workout because I'm a thirsty girl. I have noticed that when I drink Gnarly's aminos, I feel less muscle soreness the following day which allows me to get the full benefit of my required back to back training days at high intensity. There are a lot of aminos on the market but I choose Gnarly's for the mild flavor and easy digestion.

Look no further for essential aminos! Great taste and a quality product from a company that also cares about sustainability. I feel adding this to my workout nutrition definitely helps a quicker recovery and reduces soreness. Plus, it’s plant based. Highly recommended!

As a BCAA product, this works relatively well. However, the flavor does not suit me. It is way to "in your face." It would be better maybe if there was a flavorless version. It dissolves well. I tried this because Gnarly is a good brand, and I thought maybe I could get more product for the same amount of money I spend on my prior brand. I will finish this can, but I will not buy it again. The other brand I had been using, although pricier, actually works better for me and has no flavor.
