ladies it works very well, I can say that I am very pleased.....

Been using these for years. They were amazingly. I can tell a difference when I don’t use them. I have tried cheaper brands but always come back to this one. They are small capsule shaped. Easy to swallow no taste. My only complaint is that the bottle is about a fourth the size of the box it comes in. Wish there wasn’t so much waste but it works excellent.

I'm 24, about 6 months ago i got a yeast infection. Went to my Dr, he gave me antibiotics and cream to apply and that was that, for the first one. a month later, another one. ok, went back to the Dr, more meds and cream. a couple months go by and another one. I had a different Dr examine me, she told me most likely my Ph levels were off, could be due to soap, birth control,my bfs semen, or a change in diet, and suggested a probiotic but more in passing than an actual emphasis as a cure. She also gave me more meds and cream and prescribed it so whenever i needed it i could just re-up the prescription instead of coming in again. A month later, another one. Like what the hell? I'm only 24, never had these problems in my life and suddenly chronic infections. I was really worried something was seriously wrong with me. it was affecting my sex life and thank god my boyfriend is amazing and unconditionally understanding, but it was really embarrassing and wearing on my own self esteem. I'm a confident women, going from hot crazy sex all the time to curled up in the corner because i'm so itchy and uncomfortable just sucks so bad! Sex was painful even with a ton of lube, it was all just bad, we just stopped having sex all together. i started researching and seriously almost anything can throw off a women's ph level. We as women got really screwed on the hormones scale. periods, pregnancy, all that go with that and now this crap too? ugh. So i saw the Rephresh Pro-B suggested a lot during my research and after reading the reviews on here, i realized how common this issue is in women. You're not alone ladies, and for a while there i felt very alone, and depressed and like a diseased freak. But this is normal stuff, even if it sucks. But it also scared the crap out of me because there were so many women who had been struggling with this issue for years, and i was praying i wasnt becoming one of them.(I feel for those women, i cant even deal with a few months let alone years of this!) I ordered a box, but ended up going out and buying one from the store the same day because i couldn't take the uncomfort anymore. The reviews were talking about this miracle cure and i had to have it asap! I started taking 1 pill a day as suggested and 3 days later... It was worse!! i was more itchy, more dischargey and more uncomfortable than i'd ever been. I was so upset and disappointed and ready to say F it, on to the next thing but i read your body needs a least a week of product to really soak into your system, level out and take effect. So in desperation i doubled my dose (1 in the morning, one at night before bed) and waited out the rest of the week. I also started washing with Vagisil Wash Ph Balance. Seriously desperate to get rid of this crap. after a whole 7 days of taking Rephresh, and a full 4 of double dosing, i was feeling better. Little to no discharge, and only a light itching remained. 2 more days and i was normal again!! I feel great!!! i started taking the regular 1 a day, and only double dose when i have sex, which is pretty often but i'm afraid if my girl down there gets too irritated it'll come back again and i'd rather be safe than sorry. I still wash with the Vagisil everyday also and my sex life is great. Im so happy to be me again!! I will be buying this once a month and i highly recommend it to anyone. Don't give up if the first few days don't seem to be helping. I'm so very happy i waited it out and gave it a chance.

These girls on here reviewing the product are not kidding when they say this product seriously changed their lives. I had on and off odor down there and I couldn't figure out what was going on, if it was my hydration, if I had yeast or BV, I had discharge but I thought it was normal?? But ever since taking these, (I've been on them for a month now and just bought my second bottle/subscribed on here) my odor is completely gone and my partner says so as well. TMI he didn't wanna go down before I found out about this product because of the odor sometimes and he wouldn't say anything about it because he felt really bad. It wasn't til I found out that I decided to do some research on what to do about it. I didn't wanna go to a doctor right away because I didn't want to be put on antibiotics (I've taken way too much from treating my past UTIs) to try and fix it. I found this product out through chatgpt (sorry, I know we shouldn't be investing into AI) and I will literally stand by this product and vouch that it works for keeping your hooha clean-smelling. My man says it doesn't even smell like anything! Which is good lol

07/29/13 UPDATE: I've been on this for a while now, and BV has not bothered me at all. It's become a daily essential. It took time to take full effect but now I haven't had any BV! :) For the past 3 years, I've had recurring bacterial vaginosis. I would go to the doctor, take the antibiotics, then immediately after I finished the antibiotics, it came right back. I kept coming back to the doctor, and she began treating me like I was a filthy whore. She questioned my hygiene, told me to wipe front to back as if I was wiping my poop all over myself, and kept saying "you need to use condoms! you need to use condoms!" even when I wasn't even having sex... I began to feel like I was dirty, when I wasn't. I felt like it was my fault I had this problem. The doctors would just keep giving me antibiotics, and nothing more. I finally gave up and stopped bothering. It got so bad, it started hurting me. I felt extremely tender and raw down there, it smelled horrible, and was always runny with discharge. I constantly had to go clean up throughout the day. Sex with me fiance became really painful for me to where I had to stop, and it would hurt him too. It would sometimes give him a rash and make him swell... it was a huge turnoff for me, overall I just felt disgusting. I've tried different probiotics that never worked, but I decided to try rephresh pro-B. IT HAS WORKED WONDERS FOR ME! I started taking it after I took more antibiotics. The BV hasn't come back. No odor, no pain, no runny discharge. From having BV for so long, I also had a yeast infection, but pro-B kept symptoms to a bare minimum, still no odor or itching or pain. I got treated for the yeast infection, and everything is going well! I feel so much more fresh and clean, and sexier too! Don't pass by Pro-B... it's well worth the money, and will restore and maintain pH balance and vaginal health!

Was not an overnight change (not that I was expecting results that fast). Definitely have to be consistent in taking them. I did notice a change in my ph during the few days I ran out and was waiting for my next order to arrive so try not to skip more than a day or two. I will continue to purchase.

Let me start off w a little bit of background: I'm 22 and I've only had diagnosed BV 2x but recently have had BV symptoms for probably close to 6mo now. I also have the Skyla IUD, which I've had for close to a year now. VERY clean person, no STIs or other lady issues besides this. I have tried these before years ago but only when I had a very mild yeast infection and didn't continue to take them. So for the past few months I've had that HORRIBLE fishy/foul/bitter odor which is not only humiliating to yourself, but especially when you're trying to be intimate w your partner. How do you explain that smell when you're a super hygienic person? I've tried what felt like everything. My OBGYN said I tested neg for all infections, no STIs, normal pap, everything. I was so frustrated. I tried multiple probiotics including Garden of Life Vaginal Care and Women's Care which seemed to help the amount of discharge but not odor at all. I tried Queen V probiotics and the body wash which smelled great but the probiotics did nothing. Even Vagisil Odor Block body wash, which worked for maybe a week. I finally went back to these. I was reading the reviews of everyone saying theirs cleared up in less than a week and I was thinking they were crazy. I decided what's the worst that could happen? Waste $30? That's what I've already been doing taking all the other ones that aren't working for me. It did take a little more than a week and it's been maybe about 2 weeks but the BV symptoms are almost completely GONE. I seriously am in shock! I thought I was going to have to deal w this forever. I do feel like my bits are a bit more dry but that might be bc I'm used to having so much d/c with the BV?? I feel so much more confident, I don't feel like everyone can smell me and that I can't wear certain things and sex is FINALLY not about thinking "omg he probably thinks i'm so gross i hope he isn't thinking about that" If you're on the fence, you really have nothing to lose. I did notice a little stomach upset and a milkier taste in these though. Stomach upset could be bc I'm lactose intolerant though?? TL;DR: I've had BV symptoms for a long time, have IUD, symptoms have gone away in 2wks. Confidence & happiness are back, BUY!!! Also, BE PATIENT.

Ok, I've tried 4 different brands of probiotics and my search for the cure ends with Rephresh! Problem: Recurring yeast infections that can only be cured with over the counter suppository creams that cost $20 per visit; Yeast infections occur after sexual intercourse and before/after menstruation Frequency: Every 2 weeks 1st Attempt: I found out probiotics could prevent yeast infections one day and found an over the counter brand at CVS. It was an unknown brand but I trust CVS so I gave it a try. It was some fancy "organic" brand but it did nothing for me, yeast infections kept recurring. 2nd Attempt: Pearls YB for Women's Health was the next brand I tried. They were small and easy to swallow which I liked and it was somewhat effective. My yeast infections came every 3 weeks instead of 2. 3rd Attempt: Ultimate Flora 25 Billion. At first I thought it was working because 3 weeks in I still didn't get a yeast infection. (Even after sex) However, as soon as my period started, it came back. So now I was having it every 4 weeks which was an improvement but I still wanted to get rid of it forever. These were 4th Attempt: I finally gave Rephresh ProB a try, saved the best for last apparently because 4 weeks in and on my period, no sign of yeast infection! I've has some light discharge here and then and 1 or 2 days of early signs of yeast infections but instead of progressing it went away. So I'm very happy with Rephresh and will stick with this brand. Capsules are smaller than your average pill which is also a plus. Contains 2.5 billion strains which is less than the previous brands I've tried yet this was the most effective! I also take womens daily vitamins just in case it helps. I recommend you give this a try before doing anything else if you have similar problems, I know chronic vaginal infections can become stressful and emotionally upsetting so I want to share how I treated mine.
